i'm not the most experienced with this but i just tried out online-image-editor.com and i'm pretty impressed with it!!

#i added the blinking stars animation manually afterwards tho #it can actually add glitter to animated gifs which is pretty cool #but the glitter will match the framerate of the original gif #which in this case is too slow #so i did the stars in gimp #resources #ref #glitter #bc #ask #anon #my baby #glitch
