Playing the witcher 3 and just... there are multiple queer coded characters and listen, lambert is one of them. Similar to my argument for jaskier being "you dont ask your "just friend" to runaway with you to the coast to escape his destiny involving a beautiful sorceress because youre straight, well, you dont ask your brother to help you tract down and kill your "just a friend"'s murderer. Bro, you dont. If someone killed one of my friends, would I be mad enough to track them down and kill them? Likely. Would I be as murderous as lambert is at the moment? Unless I was in love with them, no, no not really. I'm not speaking from experience, but I have thought a lot about this. I have exactly 1 person I trust as much as lambert geralt and eskel all trust each other, and i stil probably wouldn't ask them to sail halfway around the world to help me track down the killer of someone who's just a friend. But to track down someone who killed a person i was in love with? Yeah, yeah I might ask them then.
