Wahhh after watching episode 48, felt like had to watch something light a bit. End up watching King-Chan! The episode where they play Fortnite (2 part) with the show country in it. Long post…😅

Although have to say it like mind-blown by the details especially there were a few things even the cast didn’t know.

Sadly only four of them participated, Aoto, Marie (Erica), Yuzuyan (Yuzuki) & So. (I am used to calling them that 😅) Yuzuyan & So were wearing glasses they look so cute wearing them 😆

First video was about N'Kosopa, where they were given the task to climb to the top.

None of had it easy climbing up 😂 So did comment he was more used to keyboard and mouse compare to controller saying he would do better. In the end they did provide him with it.

They took turn to climb up but they spend a lot of time falling 🤣

Yuzuyan’s turn she was first one to finally reach to the next level , they all celebrated the accomplishment thinking the game end & it seem like Yuzuyan had enough because she tried to end the channel 😂 Byebye Chan

Unfortunately there were still many level left to climb & there isn’t a save point 😰 so if you fall you’re starting from back from the start Zero!

Surprising Aoto was most quite while they other were playing while the rest were very noisy especially Yuzuyan 😂 (Part 1 & Part2)

They took a break & explore the other part of N’Kosopa. The detail was amazing even the epic showdown (E39) the bridge was there!

They return back to climbing & in middle Marie was saying like who best (this part not that sure but I think so) So, Marie, Yuzuyan & then Aoto who was in totally disbelief haha he click his tongue(probably annoyed 😅) then he blame he see it & doesn’t get it. (Probably referring to the different mechanism that enable the jump)

Afterward they got Miki-Sensei who was guiding them from the beginning & to show how it done lol but even he was struggling. Then admit he more comfortable keyboard & mouse. Chaos broke 😂 when they heard it since he was supposed to be the expert! Although they keep cheering Sensei on to reach the top which he did 😁 well only part of it there was still tower climb.

So tease Aoto to do the climb but he respond this isn’t the Teppen he seek. (Almost similar to E44) It sound so cool even So compliment him.

So did try the tower climb while in between Aoto was supposed to give his thought on it. I couldn’t really tell what sort of game he say it was like. Though he did say 楽勝でした (It was easy win) Marie immediately turn to stare at him while Yuzuyan just criticize him 😂 (since he was struggling the most ah poor Aoto) So was busy still playing.

Part 2

Shugoddam, they were only inside the castle the throne room. So was using controller and there was a mini game where you shoot target 🎯 that appear in the place. The ceiling of the throne room even had the King Ohger Mural!

Next was Ishabana and it was a like a quest. Marie had the control. Apparently in beginning you can choose Japanese or English, So & Yuzuyan ask Marie to choose English but she refuse saying let her do it in Japanese.

So spoke English for a moment asking do you speak Japanese (Gahh it sound good)

Marie just reply back in Japanese 😂

YET somehow it turn out the written dialogue was in English. Marie blame that she couldn’t see plus mention that she thought Japanese was on default & press the wrong button thus it end up to be English. Therefore she had no choice but to translate for them what the dialogue 🤣 (Poor Marie) she did translate for them roughly although some part she skip they were like what was written?!?! She did apologize for choosing English but they were fine with it. ☺️

Basically the quest is that you wake up in Ishabana & was save so want return back the favour to Queen Himeno. So the quest is find 5 flower the way was to use Pick-axe to smash the rock to find it. Yet somehow after giving the flower you seem to want to do more since she did save your life. That you end up have to find 300 flower. There was another ‘cheat’ way where this traveller got a machine that allow you make flower but in return the traveller wants a MOFFUN! You have to find it and exchange for the machine that allow you complete the quest and then you can access second floor of castle.

Though like N’Kosopa they just explore outside of the castle and the surrounding.

Next was Gokkan

A bit let down didn’t see the Castle it was mostly outside(I mean it was beautiful but I wanted a small glimpse of the castle) where Yuzuyan & So had the controller (it like two player now onward). Sensei was telling them to power up & gacha for weapon because the game in Gokkan was to fight like wave of zombie figure. Although there was a cool weapon where you shoot out sword & it stab to the ground like Rita’s signature move before exploding! Cool oh yeah it was purple 😎

While they play until they lost, it was really fun they wanted do another round but couldn’t due to lack of time.

Next was Toufu that was still under development while they were playing.

So & Aoto had the controllers this time. They were basically just inside the castle & there was a room that made out like kitchen where all cooking is done they had the sink, box, shelves just anything that like huge kitchen. It was connected to the Throne room.

Also there was this game where you can become a Mini-Kuroko. Basically the game is that you have be last person standing. Not sure if two player game or more can join but for this channel was just two of them.

The base is Tatami mat & underneath is lava so you have to survive by just trying not to fall into the lava. The Tatami mat is fragile so it will break after stepping on it, you can dash & jump. Just have to be last Kuroko standing!

Aoto just kept losing 5 times in a row hahaha & he said it was boring because of it 🤣

So reacted to it saying Aoto just suck at the game.

(There was a statue that say who is wining & how may win)

After his fifth lost, So then suggested whoever lose give next person.

Then Marie took over as she tried to trap So but still lost 3 times 😅 that she like ask Yuzuyan to take over 😆

If I am not mistaken (since they do cut out some part) Yuzuyan lost once but second time finally beat the undefeated Champion So! She even say Toufu now mine & cheer hahaha cute

Then Aoto vs Yuzuyan & 😂 Aoto lost (Aoto I feel so bad for you he is really terrible at game lol)

Then it was Marie Vs Yuzuyan &…Marie won. Then So begin to tease Yuzuyan for losing 😆

Afterward they were told to draw faces for Kuroko that they might use for the game.

Apparently found out they do reuse (or unintentionally put among with other notebook) their drawing notebook that they got sidetrack to find some of previous Masato Yano (Racles) stuff he did in one previous King Chan.

So & Yuzuyan drew a few possible picture to use for Kuroko & I am terrible at explaining how look like so I will just post a picture of one main one they drew

Then they also given the task to give a name for the game which they came up with was this…

Though they seem to agree that when the game release the bottom part might be removed 😂

Just roughly what can tell from the two episode (I was laughing at them playing also 😆it so amusing) although I really just want to play the game to see the world…I don’t know if I got time. 🥲

I saw your post of the fanfic ideas and would like to kindly suggest the roommate au for my favourite antebellum ship, kingchanan.

But I just wanted to add, is it really an au if it actually happened? Wouldn't the au be them not being roommates?

It’s in the fourth month that James Buchanan realizes that he’s already garnered more than enough money on his own to justify not having to share the same room with William King. 

“So, I can move out now.” Buchanan says on the morning of the twelfth day of the sixth month of the year. Summer swelters, even in the morning, which is justification for King to not be wearing any top clothes. He serves scrambled eggs and bacon for two onto the table. “I have enough money for it– rent out the nice room next door, so we can still meet.” 

“That’s good to know. When are you moving out?”

King’s eyebrows furrow just enough so that there’s a slight glistening in the bridge of his nose.  Buchanan’s eyes shift from King’s face.

“Well, uh.” he says. “I haven’t really decided that yet.”

“Stay as long as you need.” is King’s response. Buchanan mumbles a ‘great’, stabbing his eggs ruthlessly as King starts going through the daily plans.

There are moments where Buchanan regrets having met his roommate. 

“I’m sorry.” King says from out of the pseudo doorway to the apartment bedroom. Buchanan glowers, his eyes wet with continuing tears. “It was a bad joke. I shouldn’t have made it. Do you want me to do anything to make it up to you?”

“Sleep on the rooftop.” Buchanan orders, and he shouts it.

“I might catch a cold from that.” King says. “Or tuberculosis.”

“I don’t care! I don’t want to see you here!”

“This is kind of my apartment-”

“Shut up!”

There’s a moment of silence.

There’s a moment of rustling from the other end, and after a few minutes of the same shifting, packing noise, Buchanan’s curiosity gets the better of him and he opens the door. His feet storm and he sniffs as he opens it.

“Are you really going to do it?” he asks. He realizes his eyes must still be a little puffy from crying because King’s amusement wavers a little too much.

“Well I’m preparing for it.” King answered. He arched an eyebrow. Buchanan realized that he was packing a sleeping bag. “Do you still want me to go? Because I checked to see if there was going to be rain tonight, and there isn’t, so I guess it isn’t that bad.”

Buchanan took a moment to compose himself.

“You aren’t afraid of falling off?” he asked. 

“I know how to do it.” King replied. 

He looked at Buchanan expectantly, watching as he swallowed a lump in his throat. After a second, he dared to sigh.

“Mind if I join?” Buchanan muttered, because he was starting to think sleeping on the rooftop is fun. There’s a moment where King looks like he wants to object, then he shrugs.

“Sure.” King beams. “I’ll show you how to not fall off.”

“I’m sorry for blowing up at you.” Buchanan mumbled. “What do I need to pack.”

“I’m your better half.” King agrees. “Get some toiletries.”

There are moments where Buchanan regrets a lot of things. 

They remain only moments.

“You know when I first met you,” King tells him. “You were the most disheveled, pathetic bastard I’ve ever met?”

“Are you supposed to tell me that you’ve changed your opinion since then?”

He’s not too upset, but there’s something endearing about the way that he’s able to make his roommate backtrack so quickly. Buck laughs, takes another drink.

“Relax.” he said.

 “I know, this needs maintenance.” He gestured at himself. “Not like you have to stress about it.”

“That’s not what I mean.” King mutters, his eyelids half-closed and teeth showing through his grin. “I just want you to know you still look like trash

, so if you ever feel that I might want to leave you one day because of your ugliness, just know that if I cared that much about that, I’d’ve thrown you out of my apartment years ago.”

“How nice.” 

“Mmm.” King agrees. Buchanan buys another drink, because it’s rather unfair for King to be more drunk than he is at this hour. “Hey, do you mind if I call you Buck?”

“Mind if I use up some more of your money?” All these shots of bourbon are out of King’s pocket, after all. Buchanan chugs down another glass. 

King shakes his head.

“Okay, Buck then.” he mutters, suddenly tossing his head onto Buchanan- Buck’s shoulder. “Do you mind if I call you Nancy?” 

“You really need a taxi.”  When King doesn’t respond, Buck reached over to set him up gently. He stops midway, partly because it looks like King’s already asleep, partly because… well.

“You can call me whatever you want.”

Buck orders another drink.

“I love you.” William says one day– not out of the blue. Buck grabs up his things on the way to work, and he looks back while opening the door. 

“I’m taking the car,’ he tells William, because usually, it’s him that takes the car on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays, but Buck has a conference today, so it’s not like he can spare much. 

“Okay,” William responds from the back. He’s setting up his computer for al ong day of meetings again.  “Love you. I mean it.” 

“Love you back.” Buck replies. “I’ll bring you donuts.” 

He’s already driving to work, before the words click into his brain.

When he gets back, William’s already finished with the day’s online interviews, his legs crossed on a couch while a book splays on his lap.

He looks up with a smile. 

“Strawberry.” Buck tells him. William squints, his dark hair messy in his eyes. It somehow doesn’t intrude on his collected posture and still perfectly-pressed suit.

“Didn’t realize I also asked for cake.” 

“Dating gift.” Buck replies. William’s eyes widen just a little. “Unless I misheard.” 

“No– you didn’t.” He gets up before smiling at Buck. In his hand, he’s already holding a spoon, dark eyes bright. “Are we supposed to share?

Clearly, he means it rhetorically.

(Speaking of which. OST vol.3 is due, right?! It's mid-October, 2-month interval is up!!)

Sept extras call: resistance is just a fancy word for refugees, luckily that belongs to Kyoryu's earth instead of ours. But my au isn't that bad ;) Basically my earliest guess was that either something happened to the Kings that they lost their thrones (or a group of people started rebelling against Dugded on their own <- less likely because you'll've to introduce a new leader character), and THEY have to start a resistance now because (a) puppet king(s) is in their place. The only thing we knew then was, Chapter 2 is happening. In the following month, the kings' defeat after defeat is not helping my overthinking! I should've just taken the costume clues on the surface and came to the direct conclusion that it's happening not on Chikyuu but Our Earth. Man I would've love to see my Dark AU some unofficial way ;)

Now that I caught up to Kyoryu ep36, and more obviously, Kingoh 33, I can make the connection for the Oct extras call. They are going to recreate/homage the scene where the crowd sing and clap to give the rangers power. The TV preview text says the Kyoryugers are going to return, so the brightest side is Daigo and Utcchy are going to show up in mid/late November when their search for Dugded brings them to Chikyuu. I don't think there's gonna be a Kyoryu 10th. They had to shoot Amy's scenes separately and Shiono outright said it may be the last time he plays Souji. Practically it's a bit late for the marketing to start if it's really happening, let alone the 20ths are having it in the coming year.

P.S. EP3 goes on sale 6 Dec, and usually an EP contains at least 2 new songs. So is the other "I'm Still Alive" for the Yanma focus ep? Please *pleading eyes*. December also sounds suspiciously late (coincidence with Blu-ray v.2 release?). EP1 was two weeks and EP2 a month after the first song. "Pride and Brave" will likely be reused for the Kyoryu-Ohger and if Crossover 2.0. I'm not very patient waiting for the eventual release of the full version of that dance... worst case maybe we'll have to wait until Blu-ray vol.3's release next March...

contradictions:

YZY math gives us 36 + crowd cheers scene gives 37. Both "Action" and "Homage" sound SKM style but it sounds a bit soon for Sakamoto to return if he's just a guest director. The rate is possible and maybe 34,35 will rush the plot, but it sounds too much of a leap even for me.

I was hoping for Yamaguchi to return with Racles but it seems he got excahanged to Rider with Nakazawa coming our side. :p Well it's just next door, he could always come back to shoot the Husty brothers. (wait that sounds wrong)

Another possibility, it could be KHU calling the extras, seems like you'd need the head D to call that size of a crowd. Hmmm. I'm not giving up my Racles cult theory yet.

Uchusenn interview happened mid-September, the cast should only had received the script til ep35, but it's plausible to bump that number up by two since that Takamina got timeoff for 32,33.

YZY could be training early, and even though she said there's going to be another SKM round, what she trained for is written into the script by Takamina, so it's not a 1-to-1 confirmation that the SKM round is her FOCUS ep. It could've been the entire cast is all required to do untransformed action and she just happen to be the one that posted about it.

but oh god... if Takamina wrote Rita broken mask action...
