the child... she's a toddler. young. piercing blue eyes, curly white-blonde hair, medium complexion. andromeda can see exactly who her parentage is- even though she is a renown genius, it wouldn't take someone like her to figure it that little factoid.

if it were not for the fact that it had been the emperor had callously dumped her step-niecephew on house glaes doorsteps... andromeda would've gladly wrung that woman's neck.

andromeda feels a pang of anger for this child. she has had her family stolen from her by the church- and her own aunt won't even spare her the time of day. ... she too, was forgotten and left behind. she's a kindred spirit.

the barony of glaes... it's still intact- far more than the capital or any other major city of the empire. a quiet, out of the way place, perfect to keep a prisoner in a gilded cage still within the capital's reach.

the callousness of the act sickens them. but... house glaes is a good place to raise a child. andromeda will and must treasure this child as her own flesh and blood. this child, this ward will not suffer as andromeda had once.

"hello, bozū." andromeda kneels, and looks the child in the eyes. "i a-am the b-baroness andromeda von glaes... i'll b-be taking care of y-you from now on..." she smiles, offers a scarred hand to the child. "pl-please. c-call me andi, and make yourself at home h-here. i'll d-do my best to answer any questions you m-may have, okay?"

The apple in any case, represents wisdom and knowledge, independent desire and curiosity. You are someone who seeks to understand the world better. You believe in independent thought and asking questions which to some may be hard to answer. There's been times where you may have persecuted for being different from how others expect you to act, but have never let that stop you from speaking your mind and taking what you want. However, be wary of leaping into things you don't understand. Knowledge is a wonderful, illuminating thing, but knowing too much can be a burden to some.

Hers would be done later, once the artist had finished with her mother. “Now once this is applied,” she said, “you will not be able to touch anything for a while, but once it dries the designs will last for weeks. It’s traditional to apply this for weddings here in Brigid, and since you will be a guest at a wedding here, I thought you would like to experience it.”

The flowers would brighten the rather deary office connected to the set of rooms always reserved for Duke or Duchess Fraldarius, and that wasn’t something Felix would have ever thought before the war, or even until after it had ended. He didn’t know that yellow tulips could mean hope or cheerful thoughts, but if he had, he would have immediately thought of a certain redhead. As he didn’t, however, the swordsman instead focused on the still-warm container of food Rapha had brought along with them. “You have an uncanny sense of timing,” he noted, words and expression soft-edged even if he didn’t exactly smile.

“You’re like your parents that way... and of course you knew I’d work through lunch unless someone reminded me.” The word forced wasn’t said, but it was implied. Before the war, or even during it, the thought that someone could know him so well would have terrified him into lashing out. Now, it made him feel comforted, wanted, accepted. Loved, as his sister would have said. Standing, the ravenette decided that he’d worked enough for the time being, and offered his nibbling a sly smirk. Perhaps that redhead was rubbing off on him, finally. “How about we share this at the training grounds, and then spar for a bit, hm?”

Oh yes, Sylvain had definitely rubbed off on him.

There Akira goes again but he’s a mage in the Blue Lions, so it’s only natural he would talk about his strengths and not so much about his weaknesses. But there’s also the fact that anyone would remember that his birthday was on this moon where more prominent people as in the nobles share the same celebration areas as he did. So what made his stand out? Akira was a mere commoner and going by a false name so how?
