What is the responsibility of the Home Minister, now this question has been taken out of the new syllabus.  Shivraj Patil was the last home minister to be questioned.  After yesterday's violent incident, the news comes that the Home Minister has held a high-level meeting and ordered the deployment of additional security forces in Delhi.  A parade of farmers was about to take place.  Police officers of Delhi Haryana and UP were constantly meeting with farmer leaders.  Was the Home Minister meeting with those officials?  Taking stock of the seriousness of the situation?  Was there any such news before?  All these questions should not be answered with speculation but should be asked.
For two months, the farmers were prevented from coming to Delhi. It was clear before the President that a faction was talking about coming to Delhi, what did the police plan for that faction?  Such a large number of farmers had come to the border of Delhi, there would have been apprehension of any part of them being torn from the scheduled program.  In such a situation, what was the security prepared within Delhi?  How much additional force was given back to Delhi Police?
Was a faction allowed from Lal Quila to ITO?  Do not even know whether there will be a concrete answer or not.  What has been allowed to happen to the Red Fort is shameful.  This historic building must have been damaged.  But the issue is being made regarding the tricolor.  A day ago there was news that the Haryana minister would not attend the scheduled program of hoisting the tricolor.  They had to go to the district headquarters and whose schedule was fixed.  Everyone is silent about this, how can ministers withdraw from the program of hoisting the tricolor, the soldier gives his life for the same.  He does not back down.  With the tricolor being debated, it becomes a debate, so you cannot do anything about the dock media and the IT cell.  But violence is violence.  It is often used to break any movement.  Whose intention is fulfilled by violence, there is no need to write it down.  There is no need to tell which is the excitement in the holiday.
Over 80 Delhi Police personnel have been injured.  There is a video of the Red Fort, the answer is falling down to save lives.  The answers of the same police are firing tear gas shells on the Ghazipur boarder.  There too they are low in count.  The number of farmers is more.  You must have seen the video of it that ten to twenty answers are firing tear gas shells from the foot over bridge.  The same Delhi Police personnel are jumping down from the Red Fort.  Is this Delhi Police training?  Why did the remaining police teams not come forward to save the lives of these soldiers?  What action?  Why didn't you give back  In the afternoon, a video came in which the police were seen sitting on chairs outside the Red Fort.  At the time of the Delhi riots, the police seemed helpless, which was a mob that committed violence.  And what will you do knowing who were caught in the name of that violence.  Due to lack of clear orders at the time of the Delhi riots, only the officers of the Delhi Police were victims of violence and some even got a fatal attack.  When the eyeglasses of a Hindu Muslim are exposed, it cannot be easily cleared.
The question is, how can the country's best police appear so helpless on two occasions within a year?  Why was the Delhi Police not given back up to the army?  Even during the Delhi riots, Arvind Kejriwal demanded to call the army.  This demand was made because the Delhi Police seemed helpless.  Was it really helpless or was it helpless at such a time?  The question is also about the failure of the police.
SN Srivastava was made acting police commissioner during the Delhi riots.  Then questions arose that the then commissioners were unable to stop the violence.  Till date Delhi Police has acting commissioner.  There was a lot of discussion about the efficiency and experience of SN Srivastava sir. But think Delhi is the capital and there is no full time commissioner.
What options did the Delhi Police have, how many security forces were there?  All these should not be talked about in a hurry. It was reported that as soon as the parade is over, the soldiers engaged in the security of the parade will immediately take the protection of the farmers' parade.  Is it to be understood that the parade of farmers was inadequate for that long?  If they were needed, security forces could already be called and deployed from other states.
For the farmer movement, this incident of violence is like going straight into the trap.  The movement, which had been proving repeatedly for two months, that despite all the provocations, there has been stability in peace within it.  Discipline has arrived.  On the day of Republic Day, this stability has been deeply shocked.  Of course in large part the parade took place peacefully.  The number of farmers who brought tractors if all were chaotic, then the situation would have deteriorated.  Even among the violent crowd, there were many farmers who were explaining.  Were stopping furious people.  Many police personnel and middle-class officers were also able to solve the situation through dialogue between them.  It must have been a very risky job.
When the scale of violence and anarchy increases, it is not easy to reach all the facts on the first day.  Until late last night, videos kept coming from here, then they kept coming from there.  In some, the police were seen to be killing the farmers sitting in peace, and in some, the farmers were attacking the police.
In the prime time of January 25, I said that if the question is arising in your mind that why did the government allow the parade on January 26, then your question is good.  I do not have the answer.  Will know later.  Now I am getting to know.  The power has got video footage of the violence.  Now this video footage will dominate the farmer movement.  Due to the spread of the dock media being terrorists, farmers could not come out or come out hard, even today a large section of the public is calling their own farmers as terrorists, the violence in the Red Fort is a new challenge before them.  The circle of farmers' movement is tight.
