TRAINEE MISSION 017
SCHEDULE TYPE: TRIMESTER ( PART 1 OUT OF 1 ) SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS: Cannot be paired with another trimester schedule, unless stated otherwise. for reference as to whether your muse is eligible for this event, please click over HERE.
( important reminder: any trainee muses who are participating in both NKND 002 and WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITY 002 will be exempted from this mission. if your muse is participating in only ONE of the two events mentioned, they can still do this mission. )
with all of the trainees gathered in the auditorium, they were met with KWON SOYI as she begins with a cordial greeting, “i hope all of you enjoyed your time during the legacy variety show special. thanks to everyone’s efforts and the never-ending content that the team received, i’m here to tell you that the show was a success. this may mean in the near future the company might consider doing it again, but for now there’s another show that is interested in having the trainees featured there once again.” she smiles at the trainees, knowing that what she’s about to announce is one that may interest many of them.
“about four years ago MNET offered us a music show program called ‘NOSTALGIA’ and many of the debuted artists that you know have actually been a part of this show. this time around, MNET has allowed us to film 7 weeks of content for the show. it will still have similar elements that it was known for such as performing old kpop songs, however there is a general and recurring theme with these songs as some of you will see once i show you the schedules.”
SCHEDULE
WEEK 1 ( AIRING JUNE 19 ): boyfriend – boyfriend ( senior male trainees ), beautiful target – b1a4 ( junior male trainees ), twinkle twinkle – girl’s day ( senior female trainees ), starlight moonlight – secret ( junior female trainees )

WEEK 6 ( AIRING JULY 24 ): love me right – exo ( senior male trainees ), man in love – infinite ( junior male trainees ), tt – twice ( senior female trainees ), mr. chu – apink ( junior female trainees )
WEEK 7 ( AIRING JULY 31 ): blue hour – agito ( all male trainees ), do or not – agito ( all female trainees ), hweek – agito ( agito )
during the months of APRIL and MAY all of the trainees will begin learning their assigned songs so that they can start performing them around JUNE. since we know some of the training groups will be smaller than others, it’s safe to assume that training groups with less than 5 trainees have npc trainees.
SPECIAL GUESTS
SOYI announced a surprise for all of the trainees, “for some of you that may have guessed the theme for this season’s of NOSTALGIA, we have decided to bring in some special guests for the final episode of the show. as one of the groups known for these kinds of concepts, AGITO will make an appearance and perform ‘HWEEK’. and to gain some tips from your fellow senior artists, V&A’s JIHO and YUSHIN will be visiting during the last week of practice ( sometime around MAY ) for ‘BLUE HOUR’ and ‘DO OR NOT’. i strongly recommend listening to their advice and suggestions so that on the day of the finale, all of you do their songs justice.”
as mentioned JIHO and YUSHIN will be visiting all of the training groups during that week to evaluate the performances and point out any areas that the groups would need to work on.

flying 'kite' @lgchanie
Tumblr media
Shit always went wrong whenever Seyoon was presented with a kite. The first time he flew one, he ended up ripping the string by accident because he was an overexcited and very strong toddler. The kite went nose-diving into some poor guy's aloe vera plant and scared his lounging black cat into clawing his face. The second time he attempted, he had trouble even getting the kite into the sky. It found its way somehow up a middle-aged woman's skirt, and she started screeching like a banshee.
To protect Legacy from a disaster, Seyoon decided it would be better if his kite simply stayed on the ground.
Besides, he'd already thought of other ways to entertain himself.
"C'mere!" Seyoon opened his arms towards Hanie and squished the younger trainee into a tight hug. This was, in fact, a trap. Once he captured Hanie, he launched the dreaded tickle attacks against the other until they were both on the ground. "I am making a new kite," he explained once he deemed his victim sufficiently distracted and started wrapping him up with kite string. "The very unique, extra special Hanie kite. How high do you think you'll fly?"

manual. feat. @lgcwenjun
Yoojoon grew up immersed in Korean culture and its classic games. His mother went to great lengths, even enrolling him in private tutoring, to ensure he mastered these aspects, hoping he would impress others with his knowledge at social gatherings.
Although he may not feel grateful for some parts of his past, he truly values the strong connection he has developed with these games. It's something he willingly and happily shares with his best friend.
He's unsure of how long he's been talking, how long he's been explaining, trying to make his explanation as simple as possible for Wenjun to understand. Because for Wenjun, he'd do anything, even if it meant repeating himself for the tenth time. He looks at Wenjun's face, realising he's perhaps been rambling on longer than he should.
"Ah, sorry. I probably overexplained things." He's quick to apologise, a sheepish little smile on pink lips. "Did you understand everything, or would you like me to repeat it?"

no thank you starter for @lgcjungmo
things had been ... odd, to say the least, between wenjun and jungmo after their little encounter in their bathroom. wenjun had no idea how jungmo had gotten the ridiculous idea that wenjun liked him ( romantically!! ) – and then to call him a devil? wenjun? a devil? all because wenjun wanted to give him flowers! the thought of jungmo irked him. and it wasn't easy for wenjun to be irked by anyone.
god, wenjun barely liked jungmo as a person. but wenjun simply didn't have a single bone in him to hate someone – which was exactly why it had been so easy for him to forgive his cheating exes in the past. still, why in the world would he ever think of jungmo romantically? he would have much rather dug up a hole and lived in solitary for years than to have to interact with jungmo again. which of course, didn't prove very easy, seeing as to how they were after all in the same company, and were now sailing the seas together.
he does though, try his best to avoid jungmo where he can. and it works for a while, until he finds himself bumping into jungmo in the library, the both of them reaching out for the same book.
"oh sorry! ... oh," the apologetic look on his face is wiped away when he sees exactly who he's apologizing too. his eyes glance up to the book he'd been eyeing and momentarily he struggles with whether he should just give it up, or not. "did you... need the book?" he asks, gesturing to it.

hear me out
"Yeol!" He blurts out, corner of his lips tugging upwards into a full smile, skin dimpling directly above his cheeks. "My favorite moment of the day had to be cheeky Yeol and his friends trying to steal Byeongkwan's sweater. Who knew sheep could be so mischievous? I wonder if the sheep found it hideous..." A soft laugh escapes his lips and he shifts on the bench, resting one hand on the wooden seat. He figures that there was a slim chance his interview would make it in the final edit. He would cross his fingers and if necessary, he will think about finding refuge afterwards. Act first, think afterwards was his motto for the weekend. "-...That could be it, right?"
"Or, we were such easy targets for a prank... I heard sheep are good at remembering faces. I hope Yeol and his friends remember us fondly." His fingers find a knot in the wood, circling over it with his thumb while he continues rambling on. He tilts his head, briefly eyeing the moth above the camera equipment. He softly hums before continuing to answer the question, visible pout interwoven through his speech. "I guess that I shouldn't feel offended if Yeol doesn't remember me. It'll be hard to pick him out of a lineup."
"I can't stop smiling..." He reaches up to pinch his cheeks, feeling his facial muscles tense underneath his own touch. Maybe, he shouldn't have the carbonated drink. "I didn't know Byeongkwan could be that clumsy. He looked like a foal learning to walk fresh out of the womb." His comparison makes him snort, fully knowing that Byeongkwan would get his revenge if his interview aired. "I wasn't much help either, but Yeol could make it on the national soccer team. I've never met a defensive player like him on the court."
"Now that I think about it... Our group isn't that different from Yeol and his friends." He answers the following question with a firm nod, biting on the inside of his cheek to keep himself from laughing. "We're motivated through our stomachs. Our weekend revolved around gathering food or cooking it." He counts with his fingers, keeping his hand visible in the frame. "There were no winners or losers. In fact, I will boldly say that everyone was a valuable player this weekend. It was fun seeing everyone's personality shine through and I think that despite us being divided into teams, we all worked together to keep up the lively atmosphere. I'll cherish the memories we made together."
"Ah, I'm out of time..." He rises to his feet, shuffling forward to get up close and personal with the camera. "Until next time! Bye, bye~"

TM014 : VLOG. / WC : 470.
about three things rowon has learned over the course of this cruise:
one. if there’s ever a situation where he has to arm wrestle minjun, he’ll forfeit immediately. that kid’s got a grip.
two. god has his favorites, and considering the great trials they’ve been put through, it’s neither him or kyungsoo.
three. seojin is fun to fuck with.
but he can’t talk about any of that for the vlog. it’s a little too tmi, and it’s not quite the character he has crafted for the camera. …then again, sitting down and essentially making a speech isn’t either, so he takes the camera and angles it up from a lower position - just as he would when making a video call.
“so i came across this quiz the other day - y’know, that popular one where it analyzes your personality based on the kitchen utensil you pick. i chose the can opener -” ( actually, he chose the grater, and it told him that he was unnecessarily aggressive and difficult to handle, and he didn’t like that so he went back and clicked through all of the other options until he found can opener ) “- and it told me that i was an opportunist who’s always looking for new experiences.”
as he talks, he starts pacing around the room to give the impression that he’s casually chatting with a friend while going about his day.
“i’d say that’s pretty accurate. think they intended this cruise to be relaxing with a lot of down time, but i ended up packing my schedule. there was so much to do, so much to see - the disney park was fun, the water town was beautiful, the aquarium .. a little scary. felt like the fish were all glaring at me the entire time. do i look like fish food? be honest.” he narrows his eyes at the camera then -
he laughs. “i also learned some japanese rap. wanna hear? no? too bad, you’re gonna have to hear it anyway.” and so he starts to recite a few lines that he’d picked up from the j-pop workshop. ( absolutely butchers it. he hopes asami won’t ever see this - despite a questionable start, he kind of wants to keep his cool senior image. )
after his little cringe fest, he settles down against the wall and brings the camera up to eye level. “it’s been good,” he says, his voice a lot softer now. “wish we could all experience it.” this is true. when they first mentioned the cruise, he thought it was for everyone. not the case. but ah, he’s sure the others are fine. if not … well, he has souvenirs* for them. “maybe next time ~” with that, he finishes with a farewell, a finger heart, and waves off.
&
( *souvenirs section not included in word count )
for @yujinlgc, a pink phone case embellished with jewels and roses, reminiscent of her nails. tucked behind the styrofoam that holds the case in shape is a polaroid of rowon making a cheek heart.
for @hyuntaelgc, a sailor rilakkuma bear to add to his ever growing collection of teddy bear items. it’ll appear on hyuntae’s desk one afternoon holding a polaroid of rowon doing a finger heart.
for @lgcparker, a t-shirt that reads birds aren’t real in japanese. once unfolded, a polaroid of rowon posing with an actual bird will fall out. what’s this development? is rowon a spy too?!
for @lgcsoyoun, a fashionable silk scarf that’s close to crystallis’s official color. there’s also a polaroid of rowon dressed in the most hideous cruise outfit ( worry not, soyoun, it’s only for the picture ).
for @lgcsomin, a chicken wing keychain. it may seem like a silly gift, but let it be known, it took him the entire two weeks to find this because he needed the perfect gift. it also comes with a polaroid of rowon eating chicken.
and lastly for @lgcyein, a crochet cupcake as pictured, but with a crown because she’s a princess ( mostly derogatory … okay, sometimes affectionate ). no polaroid included because they’re still on email basis...

starter for @lgcxhaeun
"are you having fun playing any of the games?" sarang's voice voice followed the sound of feet as she made her way next haeun. they had just finished learning about tuho and had been allowed to break off in small groups to play the game. for a few minutes sarang lingered on the walls, holding few arrows in her hand as she looked for a group to join. that's when she spotted haeun and quickly made her way over. they were friendly enough and sarang felt comfortable around the other girl. she'd like to think she was friendly enough with everyone but haeun was a bit closer than that.
and she'd take it.
"i didn't know much about this one or the game from yesterday." traditional games weren't played much in her home but it would be something to talk about when she met up with her grandparents again. "but i'm having fun playing it…i didn't expect to have the hang of it…but it looks like i'm not too bad at it." while she didn't see herself playing the game outside of the classes, it'd be some fun trivia if she ever had the chance to debut or they have to play the game for some reason. variety shows did that type of thing right?

✧˖*°࿐ showdown, throw down ( w/ @seyoonlgc )
what felt like a lifetime ago, davika actually had a strong penchant for academics. studying and learning about everything she possibly can brought her joy. maybe it's dramatic to call it that, but it comes close to it. better yet, what she liked best is knowing more than others did. it always gave her such rush that there were so many things she had ample knowledge of, be it a subject (or a person). she absorbed all those lessons in the classroom like it was nobody's business.
it was a powerful thing, knowledge. you mix and match what you know depending on what circumstances require, and it could be an equally dangerous thing. all that and a perfectly innocent face like hers, it's deadly. sure, ssireum was a game of strengths, and from the looks of it, she's at a disadvantage against seyoon. it's a bad idea which makes it the best. they were going to laugh about this later, maybe for a week... scratch that, she will be laughing about this for a while.
"come on, it would be fun!" she pouts, hands clasped under her chin, fervently urging her friend to participate. davika acting all cute and sweet didn't look like such an absurd thing to see. "i won't be mad if i lose, i swear it. she smiles, as if she'd let him get away with winning, "it's just a game anyway~" nothing is all fun and games.

cool kids.
learning kite flying, with @hyuntaelgc
in all honesty, junkyu hadn't really dabbled in many korean games in his past, it wasn't like he had many people to play them with and even then, he had no clue how to. his parents never really taught him and he felt a little bit awkward back in his younger days to ask people how to play a game that most koreans would naturally know or be taught growing up. but him? not so much.
so in all honesty, this opportunity of learning traditional games worked out in his favor, he knew it would be good to know and it would help fill part of that little void in his younger self. all of those moments he missed out on in his younger days, he finally gets to experience now, even if it was in a different way than he initially thought.
history wasn't much of junkyu's thing, yet at the same time he knew it was a good idea to learn it. what if one day he debuts and he's put on the spot regarding the history of the game with cameras on him? he already shivered at the thought of what could happen, and it was something he wanted to avoid for sure. so as he scans the area for someone to group with and play, he spots hyuntae and doesn't hesitate to make his way over to him. "so is this a game you've ever played before? this is my first time and i'm wondering if i'll do good or really bad."

› come what may … !
originally, minki's reasons for sticking around in legacy had been dwindling for the past year. it's funny how easily that changed when ( @lgcmky ) greeted him suddenly in the company building, showing no signs previously of having even thought of pursuing this path. one of these days, they'll need to have a serious talk about what minkyung is trying to find here. not because he wouldn't support his sister—minki always would, come what may—but because he wants her to be 100% sure about her decision.
that won't be happening today, though. or anytime soon, really. a bigger part of minki is simply glad that the two of them are properly reunited and living together again ( more importantly, that minkyung doesn't have to waste another second with their poor excuse of a father anymore ).
naturally, minki makes an effort to check-in on his sister whenever he can. he trusts her to live life independently, but it's no secret to both of them that minkyung is the more reckless of the two. that hasn't changed, so far.
it doesn't have to.
he finds her pretty easily, no doubt dealing with an assignment similar to minki's. "there you are! i was wondering if you were skipping," he says in a teasing manner. "although knowing you, you would probably not pass up an excuse to play games for work." teaching, however, is a whole other matter.
"what game did you get?" he asks.

【 KITCHEN DUTY 】              ✎... starter for @lgchxneul
when it comes to games, yichen becomes intensely competitive and serious. so when the senior group was pitted against the junior group in a telepathy game, he gave it his all. in his opinion, success was within reach if everyone opted for the most basic pose. however, not everyone was on the same wavelength as some struck different poses, leading to the team's defeat.
with his shoulders slumped, yichen trudged to the kitchen to prepare a meal for the juniors. cooking was never his forte, yet fate seemed to repeatedly place him in the kitchen, marking this as the fourth occasion lgc had sent him to cook. yichen approached the counter where a bunch of carrots awaited chopping, instinctively washing them at the basin before attempting to chop them with his modest (albeit improved) skills. "are carrots supposed to be this thick?" he asked haneul, who was also on kitchen duty.

TRAINEE MISSION 016
SCHEDULE TYPE: TRIMESTER ( PART 1 OUT OF 1 ) SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS: Cannot be paired with another trimester schedule, unless stated otherwise. for reference as to whether your muse is eligible for this event, please click over HERE.
it’s the start of the new year and after spending months playing various traditional korean games, some of the trainees are curious to know what will be in store for them this time around. as all of them are gathered inside the auditorium for their quarterly meetings, they soon noticed SEO YOUNGJAE standing in front of the stage with a microphone at hand.
“for this term, all of you will be participating in VARIETY SHOWS inspired by some of the classics that many of you should know; running man, infinite challenge, x-men, 2 days, 1 night, etc.” YOUNGJAE continues to explain the details of the project that they will be partaking for this term. “since there are so many trainees at the moment, we will be splitting all of you up to two groups; ONE for the BOYS and ONE for the GIRLS. while all of you will be the center of attention on these variety shows specials, all of you will be accompanied by some rather famous people you may know.” the coach then introduces V&A’s JEON HARU, FABULA’S MOON HAYOUNG and OH EUNHYE, TYPE ZERO’S SU PARKER and YOO DAEHO.
reactions could be heard loudly from the trainees and after everyone becomes quiet, YOUNGJAE calls each trainee by name and hands them details regarding what their schedule will entail.
VARIETY SHOW GROUPS
as YOUNGJAE mentioned, the groups will be split up by GENDER. the BOYS will be filming their own version of ‘FAMILY OUTING’, a variety show aired during 2008. it is considered one of the quintessential korean variety shows and a show that paved the way for many other variety shows due to the “family” dynamic, games, and activities.
on the other hand, the GIRLS will be filming their own version of ‘INVISIBLE YOUTH’, a variety show aired during 2009. it’s a variety show featuring kpop idols and how it is to experience the korean rural outdoors. the show became such a hit that it began promoting agritourism and environmentally conscious farming.
both of these shows will be combined into one called ‘LEGACY VARIETY SPECIAL’, which will be aired on LGCENT’s youtube channel starting APRIL. all of the episodes will be around 30 minutes long.
FAMILY OUTING - BOYS
from FEBRUARY 23-25, all of the MALE TRAINEES, HARU, PARKER, and DAEHO will be spending their weekend in NAMHAE COUNTY. all of them will be arriving at NAMHAE sometime during the afternoon ( in the case of the IDOLS, they will leave after they are done with the LGC WEBTOON EXHIBITION & SHOWCASE ). the IDOLS will be taking on the role of the HEAD OF THE FAMILY, so they will be the ones finding ways to make the content entertaining and take on the main emcee role if need be.
FRIDAY ( EPISODES 1-4; AIRING ON APRIL 9, 11, 16, and 18 )
all of the MALE TRAINEES will be split into two traditional houses based on whether they are the JUNIOR or SENIOR group. after all of them pick their beds, each of them will be asked to enter the ‘INTERVIEW ROOM’ where they will be in front of a camera recording and be asked questions regarding their thoughts and opinions about the experience so far. throughout the weekend, they will be given a chance to enter that room multiple times. each interview should last around 5 minutes or less to encourage everyone to appear at least once.
as for the IDOLS, they will be living in a separate traditional house with the rest of the staff members. all three of the idols will be staying in the same bedroom. similar to the trainees, they will have an ‘INTERVIEW ROOM’ where they can discuss their thoughts.
when everyone is present at the location, the IDOLS will introduce themselves to the trainees and all of them will meet the HOMEOWNERS of the houses they will be staying in the meantime. while the HOMEOWNERS go off on their short vacation, the IDOLS will be handed a list of household chores that all of them will have to do before the HOMEOWNERS return. they will be told that while completing the chores, there will be some challenges along the way.
CHALLENGE #1: the MALE TRAINEES will be split up into two groups; JUNIOR and SENIOR. they will be playing the TELEPATHY GAME and whoever wins the most rounds of the game will be the one GATHERING INGREDIENTS and CLEANING. the losing team will be PREPARING and COOKING tonight’s dinner. WINNING TEAM: JUNIOR / LOSING TEAM: SENIOR. the IDOLS will be playing rock, paper, scissors against each other to determine who gets what responsibility. PARKER will be joining the SENIOR TEAM while HARU and DAEHO will be joining the JUNIOR team. after dinner, the IDOLS will play another round of rock, paper, scissors, this time it’s PARKER and DAEHO as they compete over which group will be doing late night/early morning chores while the winning team will be sleeping earlier. whoever loses will be facing the consequences and that team will be the JUNIOR team.
SATURDAY ( EPISODES 5-8; AIRING APRIL 23, 25, 30, and MAY 2 )
the JUNIOR team ( plus HARU and DAEHO ) will be waking up around 4:00AM to prepare and cook breakfast for all of the boys. by around 9:00AM the SENIOR team ( plus PARKER ) will be woken up to have breakfast. after breakfast, both teams will be in three groups ( with each IDOL being the leader of the group ) as they work on some of the chores on their list ( eg. cleaning the house, washing dishes, feeding and taking care of the lamb and sheep, watering and tending the plants, etc ).
lunch time will be relatively the same, with all of the BOYS gathered in the center spot of the three houses and playing another challenge to determine who gets to gather ingredients, clean, cook, and prepare lunch.
CHALLENGE #2: teams will be split based on age. anyone who was born BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2001 will be in the OLD team ( this includes PARKER and DAEHO ) and anyone who was born AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2001 will be in the YOUNG team ( this includes HARU ). both teams will be playing the RELAY DRAWING GAME, where the majority of the team will be asked to draw MOVIE/TV SHOW/DRAMA characters and one person will be the one guessing what the character is. this will go on for several rounds until a team reaches 5 POINTS first. WINNING TEAM: OLD TEAM ( will be cooking and preparing lunch ) / LOSING TEAM: YOUNG TEAM ( will be gathering ingredients and cleaning after lunch ).
continuation of the BOYS completing the chores until it’s almost DINNER time when they will be doing another challenge.
CHALLENGE #3: teams will be split based on training period again ( JUNIOR vs SENIOR ) and PARKER will be the HOST for this segment while HARU ( JUNIOR TEAM ) and DAEHO ( SENIOR TEAM ) will be playing one of the rounds of the QUICK RESPONSE GAME. their round will give 5 points to the winning team. as for everyone else, they will be doing one on one battles against each other with the game and whoever is the first to block the toy hammer OR hit the other person with the toy hammer will be the winner for their round. WINNING TEAM: SENIOR TEAM ( will be cooking and preparing lunch ) / LOSING TEAM: JUNIOR TEAM ( will be gathering ingredients and cleaning up after dinner ).
after dinner is done, they will have a segment called “LATE NIGHT CONVERSATIONS” where they will all gather around the bonfire outside and discuss any memorable instances during the day or messages that they would like to tell each other. when it’s around 10PM, all of them will get a chance to do some stargazing before they head back to their respective houses and sleep.
SUNDAY ( EPISODES 9-10; AIRING MAY 7 and 9 )
around the same time as the day before, the IDOLS are woken up first as they’re given the task to wake up all of the TRAINEES the fastest. whoever wakes up the most TRAINEES before 6AM will be given a chance to visit some of the rural villages of NAMHAE at a later time while everyone finishes the last bit of chores. WINNER: PARKER. as part of his reward, he gets to choose which people he would like in his team while everyone else will finish the remaining tasks.
half of the losing team will be given the task to go FISHING and their goal is to catch as many as they could within the next 4 HOURS. the other half will be given the task to take care of the lamb and sheep. lunch will be happening at different times for all three of the groups.
sometime around 1PM, the HOMEOWNERS will be returning back from vacation and bid the family farewell as everyone heads back to the buses, thus ending the filming for the show.
INVISIBLE YOUTH - GIRLS
from MARCH 1-3, all of the girls, HAYOUNG, and EUNHYE will be going to YUCHI-RI VILLAGE in HONGCHEON-GUN, which is the same location the first season of the show was filmed in. they will arrive at their destination late in the morning.
FRIDAY ( EPISODES 11-14; AIRING MAY 14, 16, 21, and 23 )
when all of them arrive, HAYOUNG and EUNHYE will act as the ‘VILLAGE CHIEF MCS’ ( they can decide on their personal nicknames for the show, but it must be related to farming ), where they will ask questions and get to know the female trainees to get an idea of how they feel about working in the farm for the weekend. then the two of them will collect all of the girls’ mobile phones and technological gadgets, which will then be kept with the staff to get the immersive experience. afterwards, they will meet with the rest of the villagers and get to know them and their roles/occupations.
to break the ice and have some fun with the elderly, the trainees and idols will be asked to have their impromptu talent show. trainees and/or idols can work solo or in small groups of 2-3 to create a performance that will entertain the villagers ( however, everyone can only perform ONCE and each performance will last around 1-2 minutes long ).
later on that day, the groups will be split into two; FRUIT TEAM ( led by HAYOUNG ) and CHICKEN TEAM ( led by EUNHYE ). the FRUIT team will consist of the girls from the JUNIOR training group while the CHICKEN team will consist of the girls from the SENIOR training group. the FRUIT TEAM will be given the task to go around the village and help the villagers collect any fruits that are ripe and ready to be sold or eaten and place them in boxes to give to the other families. meanwhile, the CHICKEN TEAM will be helping some of the farms clean the chicken coops.
it’ll be late afternoon when both teams are done with their tasks so they will be heading back home, where there are three traditional houses ( one for the junior group, one for the senior group, and one for the idols plus the staff ). similar to the boys, each of the houses has an ‘INTERVIEW ROOM’, where they can discuss their thoughts and feelings about their experience so far. it’ll be open multiple times throughout the day and each trainee and idol HAS to enter the room and participate in the interview segment at least once. due to the number of people involved in this show, everyone will be sleeping on futons.
with dinner all prepared for them, the girls will take the time to talk about how their day has been so far. both HAYOUNG and EUNHYE will act as the group facilitators, making sure that everyone has a chance to talk and to keep the conversations entertaining for the viewers. when dinner is done, everyone will be heading back to their houses and resting for the next day.
SATURDAY ( EPISODES 15-18; AIRING MAY 28, 30, JUNE 4 and 6 )
after having breakfast and getting ready for the day, all of them will meet up at the center of the three houses and film their introduction for today’s episode. the girls will be heading to a house where the OLDEST person ( BAEK MINHEE ) in the village lives. as a way to entertain and get to know the family, they will have a dance battle challenge! teams will be split based on age; anyone who was born before JANUARY 30, 2002 will be in the OLD TEAM while anyone born after JANUARY 30, 2002 will be in the YOUNG TEAM. HAYOUNG will be the leader of the YOUNG TEAM while EUNHYE will be the leader of the OLD TEAM. each of the girls ( minus the leaders, who will be the ones supporting the teams ) will have a one vs one dance battle to see who can impress and entertain BAEK MINHEE. WINNING TEAM: OLD TEAM / LOSING TEAM: YOUNG TEAM. the winning team will be given the TREE TASK while the losing team will be given the WOODEN FENCE TASK.
for the TREE TASK, the girls will be helping the BAEK family trim the old trees and plant new ones for their farm. for the WOODEN FENCE TASK, they will be helping the rest of the BAEK family chop wood and create a fence ( using the chopped wood and tree branches ) around a particular area of their farm.
when it’s close to dinner time, the same teams will be working on gathering ingredients, preparing, cooking, and cleaning. the OLD TEAM will be preparing and cooking dinner while the YOUNG TEAM will be gathering ingredients and cleaning up afterwards.
before all of them head to bed, they will take some time to stargaze and have a heart to heart conversation with each other. in between all of this, each of the girls will be asked to go to the INTERVIEW ROOM where they will have to vote on who they think had the most impact on them that day. when all of that is done, they will head to bed to get some rest and finish the last day of filming.
SUNDAY ( EPISODES 19-20; AIRING JUNE 11 and 13 )
just like the day before, after getting ready and breakfast they will meet with a group of vendors who sell some of their homemade products. all of the groups will be split into two groups; TEAM JUICE ( junior trainee group / leader: HAYOUNG ), TEAM SOAP BAR ( senior trainee group / leader: EUNHYE ). the vendors will hand each of the groups 50 of their products and those will have to be sold around the village and nearby areas the quickest. whoever sells all of them the fastest and returns back home will be given a chance to rest for an hour while the losing team will have to cook lunch for everyone. WINNING TEAM: TEAM JUICE / LOSING TEAM: TEAM SOAP BAR.
after lunch, filming will conclude as all of them gather and say their final farewell before heading to their buses.
as a reminder for everyone, all of the threads should be about what will be filmed/aired so as expected, please be professional about it! in addition, since there will be some groups busy with other events ( eg. mentor workshops ) they will be doing less requirements than everyone else.

this shouldn't be too hard -
closed started for @lgcsoji
sigh. more classes that weren't dance. he knew he needed to learn these more before doing the videos, but for some reason, he couldn't get himself fully into it. he was distracted. but he had to pull himself together. his issues with his family weren't priority. his status in the company was. his notoriety was more important.
he would prove to them ( but most importantly to himself ) that he was worth something. hyuntae grabbed the paper jegi that was on the ground and threw it up in the air and caught it. "so we hit this with the inside of our feet?"
it wasn't that he was dumb...
it was just that his parents ( adopted ) didn't believe that it was something they needed to "waste time on"

early morning bribery a trainee mission starter on saturday for @lgcminki
contrary to popular belief, his upbringing did not mean that he was the type to sleep in. actually, okay, so he does like to sleep in but that's different when he spends all of his time training, right?
either way, he's up at ass o'clock today to help prepare breakfast for the senior team and honestly? he's not too mad about it. considering that being on this trip meant that he had been forcibly given a proper bedtime and he hadn't been allowed to game until 6am, he's actually feeling pretty rested and fully ready to make food.
also, iseul loves cooking for people. he's not really sure when he had picked up his love for cooking, but it's something that's always been a part of him.
he would've been in culinary school had he not become a trainee, most likely.
Tumblr media
"hyung, you're not even on the cooking team today," iseul comments, seeing that minki's slunk into the kitchen at some point between when he had arrived and when he had started making food. he's 100% sure that minki had been on the winning team that didn't need to wake up early. "why are you awake already?" he asks, adjusting the apron he was wearing.
"want a snack?"

NOW PLAYING: KICK IT by TYPE ZERO SOLO | REFLECTIONS [TRAINEE MISSION #15] wc: 271
in a way, she's disappointed when the string of learning and friendly games come to an end. of course, this meant people were off for the holidays, but suddenly she finds the dorms a bit too empty for her liking, and instead she's left to fend for herself in the grand scheme of things. really, with the games, she had come in contact with trainees she had never even gotten a chance to really talk to, as well as have chats with trainees she had had her fair share of chats with in the same breath.
and for once, she couldn't really flirt, at least not in front of the cameras. that's a fact that her almost, nervous in a way, but in the same vein, she barely had time to think about any of that. she learned the history of games, far more than she ever thought was possible. she excelled at jegichagi, really to the point where she could even make decent jegi's, which had a sort of warmth spreading through her she was unknown to feeling.
perhaps feeling a void. that's what she had been chasing, maybe, but she wouldn't give herself a chance to acknowledge that.
instead, she sits, begrudgingly, in her frustration of not being able to bend the wind to her will for kite flying-- for once, her competitiveness couldn't help with this, really. she would have to wait for the winds to change before the kite would fly the way she wanted. and at the same time, she relished in being the best at tuho, which resulted in even getting a bit of dessert, too. guess you win some, but you lose some, too.
