legacy dropped several videos today on their youtube channel and with each one named after the trainee, i was curious what these videos were about. but after watching through all of them, i realized that some of the boys were performing similar songs which got me thinking… is this legacy’s way of testing the waters to see how we think about the trainees?? with legacy confirming recently that future dreams season 5 is happening, i think they wanted to hype the show by giving us an idea of who might be joining… based on my observations on the videos, this is what i figured out:

cameron vs maximilian ( wonderland )

dowoon vs parker ( look )

indy vs jiahn ( the eye )

keeho vs tee ( dramarama ) 

there are a few trainees that we’ve seen in the past… like tee has been previous family concerts and vlive shows so we know he’s a dancer ( a really good one to add ). then there’s jiahn who i remembered as one of jaehyuk’s backup dancers from the last family concert ( his performance there really impressed me the most! ) indy and cameron both made their appearances with the truth untold osts so we know how good they are as a rapper and singer respectively… so it brings me to this question, will all of them be a part of a new boy group??? idk, someone please share me their thoughts!! i’m curious if anyone is noticing what lgc is doing with them dropping all of these videos!! ㅠㅠ

[ + / - ] another group?? ㅋㅋㅋ i don’t think they can do that when they can barely keep some of their members in their groups… i’m looking at you, type zero and v&a  👀 [ + / - ] song jiahn??? omg he’s sooooo underrated! i don’t get why he doesn’t get that much hype and seeing his performance in here, you can tell he is the trainee to look forward to!! i was so mesmerized during family concert and seeing him perform the eye here is just…woah…  [ + / - ] tee has been in legacy for so long as a trainee that i’m wondering if he’ll get a chance to debut?? he seems like a decent dancer, but his years of experience doesn’t quite show in this video? [ + / - ] while watching max and cameron’s performances side by side, i felt that max’s hair stood out too much… and not in a good way… ㅠㅠ it made his performance so lackluster… ㅠㅠㅠㅠ [ + / - ] parker… he seems like a fun guy based on what i saw on the variety shows but he surprised me a lot when i saw his performance video. tbh it’s hard to compare parker and dowoon’s performances because they showed their strengths so well. i guess we’ll find out in future dreams who is the better one since it’s a close fight that’s for sure! [ + / - ] i know cameron’s vocal capabilities thanks to the truth untold (which is worth the listen!! ♡) and seeing this vid, he’s not that bad?? sure his rapping isn’t the best but he makes it up by giving us such a fun performance. [ + / - ] i was certain that indy was a good rapper, but dancing??? WOW!!! 😍 he’s probably one of my favorite dancers! fighting, indy!! noona will support you in future dreams! [ + / - ] i watched lgc style and ended up being a fan of keeho but seeing his video, i want to support him even more! if he’s going to be in future dreams, i’m going to vote as much as i can for him! he’s such a skilled performer and has the personality too! ♡♡♡ [ + / - ] out of all of the performance videos i’ve seen, dowoon is the one that i’m most interested in. if he joins future dreams, what will he showcase? if this video gives us a glimpse of his skills, i feel as if he has a lot more in store that we’re unaware of… but i’m worried too that he might not meet my expectations either if there are other trainees who are talented... ㅠㅠ [ + / - ] legacy is so blatantly obvious with their favoritism… ㅋㅋㅋ they will put ALL of this effort towards their male trainees but what about the girls??? i want to know more about them!! 😤 if crystallis and fabula are the superior groups in this gen, then imagine how the female trainees are!!

he is not totally certain how he ended up like this. 

the teen is crouched behind a book shelf that is very small. his long legs bent as close to himself as he can, trying to also be small as he hears the counting of a little kid. the numbers sort of out of order and he isn’t really sure when they are going to to reach 10 because the kid has backtracked from 6 to 3 to 8. chaotic, but cute. he thinks his hiding spot is great though until another kid comes to crouch right beside him--only this kid is not hiding. “hey hey, no fair.” he whines under his breath. the kid just laughs and soon he’s being found by the seeker. “waaah... okay, let’s find cam hyung now.” he gives into the two laughing demons childern and lets them tug him across the room.

why does it feel like all these kids are working against him? maybe it’s a conspiracy? do they sense that he is closer to them in age? who knows.

is he being sneaky? 

no, not really. okay--sure yeah, he was trying to pretend he’s sneaky and that this is some top secret mission. but really. he’s not trying to sneak. ok. back it up. 

the dorms are a fun thing even after all these years of being in them and matty can explain why very easily. everyone always has something they keep secret. even if it isn’t a huge secret it’s still something they have stashed or hidden away like little chipmunks preparing for winter. sometimes it’s internal sometimes its external. in this case, matty has found an external stash and boy oh boy. he takes great pleasure in diving into it. 

though he’s sure cameron knows that there’s a sneaky quokka in his snack stash so far matty hasn’t been caught. alas. today would not be his day. 

the door opens and he feels rather like a deer in headlights as he looks up from his place on the floor. chips opened in his lap and laptop playing some drama. he had claimed to be going to work out but somehow got distracted. “oh uh....” he eyes @lgcxcameron​ with a startled look while slowly covering the chips in his lap by his computer. “i can explain.”

okay, so. up until now, yuseong has been doing pretty well with the children. there are about 12 of them and there are seven adults (or adult adjacents), so theoretically, this shouldn't have been too difficult, given that if the children were divided relatively evenly, most of them should have two children at most, and some only one.

that doesn't sound too bad, does it? it sounds like it should be relatively manageable. and yuseong is pretty good with kids, so theoretically this whole gig should be relatively smooth. of course, he hadn't really counted on having to babysit touya, aiden, and indy as well, just to name a few. well, he's not really babysitting indy, but somehow, the younger trainee had suckered him into taking the child he was watching to the toilet. but still, for the most part, it seems like the work is relatively well-divided.

then how, exactly, did he wind up with four children on his lap? maybe he'd done too well with the children. sitting helplessly on the ground, he tries to manage all the different children on his lap who are all chattering at once. four different conversations at the same time, and his legs are starting to go numb. looking up and around, he tries to catch the attention of any of his friends before one of the children calls for his attention again.

"cam," he manages to mouth desperately at the other trainee.

this whole photos thing has touya a little nervous especially when they hand him the questionnaire. he’s waiting in line near the two people he knows and anticipating his name being called. focused as well as he can due to not wanting to miss anything with the language barrier still holding him back a little. he stares a little blankly at the questionaire for a moment, then looks around like a lost duckling, before he is inching closer to cameron. 

he wraps a hand around the others arm. his tone nervous as he calls for the olders attention. “hyung? cameron hyung?” he tries to speak a little quieter to not draw to much attention to himself because honestly the last thing he wanted was attention right now. his brain working itself up to keep up with everything and any further attention could mean more questions and more confusion. he finds himself thinking he needs to focus more on his korean studies than he does and maybe things would be easier. then he backs up because thats mean to not only himself but to his progress in only a year. 

either way he is aware of the fact he isn’t as good as he needs to be. and that is apparent with reading and his responding abilities. listening? he can listen and understand but, boy, he won’t know how to reply. “i can’t fully read this... hm... help?”

“hi soyoun sunbae!” cam calls out. he feels kind of bad grabbing their attention when they’re probably busy and don’t have time for him. but he’s on a mission and he kind of feels like an undercover detective trying to slip candy bags into people’s hands when and where the staff can’t see him. he hasn’t heard of anyone getting caught but he’s still a bit paranoid of it. he wants to be successful, if only for his own satisfaction.

“i hope you can enjoy these, the caramel ones are the best in my opinion!” he double checks that no one is watching before patting the bag once and stepping away with a smile. @lgcxcameron

☀ ︴mind puzzles for dummies

indy has no idea how this is going to go, really. 

with episode one of outback bakehouse with jiahn successfully filmed and behind him, next comes episode two: cam’s episode.

the game they’ll play today is pretty significantly different. where indy and jiahn threw rubber duckies into a bucket, today is more of a mental task, which may already spell disaster for indy and cam. in indy’s humble opinion, jiahn is the smartest of their trio and probably would’ve been more suited for today’s challenge, but two guys that have no clue what they’re doing playing a game that requires some strategy would be even more entertaining, right?

for this game, all they have to do is sit at a table. in the middle are 21 tiny flags standing up in a line. the goal of the game is to take the last flag by taking one, two or three flags every turn. to be honest, indy isn’t sure there’s a way to actually predict how to win from the beginning. doesn’t it depend entirely on the opponent’s choices? whatever. truthfully, indy doesn’t really care about winning as long as they have fun. cam in a dunce hat would be pretty funny, though, so maybe it’s worth at least trying to win.  

he sits down at the table, cam across from him. his real goal should be to ask cam a question he doesn’t want to answer so he can make him eat something weird. he’s pretty sure that’s the best part of the show. 

“okay!” he declares once everyone is ready to begin filming. “ready cam?” he questions, and he waves the question cards in his hands at him. “do you need these, or do you think you can improvise questions?”

indy’s going to do his best to ask questions without any extra help. as long as he doesn’t waste too much time thinking, it should be fine.

if you ask him, he would tell you that he was having the time of his life! keeho couldn’t had ask for a better way to send his day. from running away from, getting to scare woobin for the fun of it and also meeting a new face along the way. they’ve all been a great experience and to be honest, he believe that from all the laugh he got together, abs were going to be in his future very soon. 

wandering around the second maze with both hands in his front pocket. he wasn’t looking for a way per say, he was aiming to run into someone..maybe anyone. it wasn’t fun doing this alone. “hello?” he called out unsure if everyone that had already pass through here had already completed the task. it would be a bumper to not run into more people before crossing the finish line. 

his eyes wander, it was rare that keeho ever paid attention to his surrounding when he was walking. it was into he walked into someone “ah, im sorry.” he apologize rubbing the side of his arm. his eyes shifted from his arm to the person that he bump,a light heart laugh escape his lips as his eyes turned crease. “no way,” he laugh before switching from korean to english. “cam, whats up man!” he laughing patting the other in disbelief. “I havent ran into you all day, what a nice surprise” the conversation continue on in english, with cam, it was always fun to speak in english.
