Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye 30 Day Prompt

(This takes place around Episode 6 and briefly refers to the corresponding podcast episode )

The mob outside, even as small as it was, was not missed when it dissipated. But the anxious energy in the air did not go away with it. I sat in the shadows and kept writing down theories as the noise outside the bar dwindled to the usual silence I was used to. I was trying to remember Aubrey, after Quinn had mentioned the name. I had gone to one town meeting when I’d moved, just to get a feel for the things, but I’d sat in the back and had, of course, realized it that community meetings weren’t for me. That’s when I found out about the fact that the mayor was a dog, and - that was it, that was when I’d met Aubrey. According to Quinn, he knew about werewolves. I wondered if there was a way to learn more about him without actively seeking him out. I tried to think of other people I could just exist around to maybe gain new information.

And then it occurred to me. The florists.

Now, I often avoided Mary Jo and Ellis for a very specific reason: they were the exact opposite of me. They had that extrovert energy that I found intimidating and almost scary. The little I interacted with them was enough to know that nothing I told them was sacred. It didn’t help that they clung to each other as if they were one organism and as a perpetually single person with little to no interest in dating, I found that disturbing. But I could look past that, if it wasn’t for the incessant gossiping and aforementioned intense energy. They were just not my kind of people. I sighed and finished my beer finally over my empty plate. I was going to have to do it. I was going to have to buy some flowers.

I decided to purchase some for all of the new graves that I assumed would be dug soon. It was a morbid thought, but a good reason to buy flowers. I wasn’t really the type to just have them in my house for no reason. Where would I put them? My desk? I would immediately knock them over and destroy my keyboard. These were just facts about myself I knew as deeply as I knew I was not looking forward to talking to Mary Jo and Ellis.

Their shop was so bright and sunny, contrasting the slowly encroaching rain clouds outside, that I squinted when I went inside. It was also way too small. I was immediately the center of their attention.

“Hello.” They both chimed simultaneously. “How can we help you?”

“I wanted to buy some flowers.” They nodded expectantly. “Um, what are good flowers for a funeral?” Twin eyebrow raises. Mary Jo asked in a loud whisper. “Which one?”

“I guess I’ll get one for all of them?” I intended to pick it apart for each grave, but I wasn’t going to tell them that.

“If you’ll allow us,” Ellis said, spreading his hands wide in front of himself, “We can pick a different flower for each,” he lowered his voice, “werewolf victim.”

“Did you know that we have werewolves here?” Mary Jo asked me in a way that suggested she was trying to be sneaky. But no one else was there and her voice was still quite loud.

“I’ve heard.”

“You’re new here aren’t you?” Ellis’ eyes swiveled at me suspiciously as they started to gather flowers together.

“Yes.” I admitted. “But I don’t feel like I’m really the werewolf sort.”

“That’s true. You’re not. You hardly speak. This is the most you’ve spoken. Ever.” Mary Jo seemed reassured.

Ellis was not. “Would werewolves speak though? If they’re animals?”

Mary Jo looked doubtful. “But aren’t they human sometimes? I feel like wolves that are human sometimes would have a lot to say.”

“Unless you are a,” Ellis paused for dramatics, “lone wolf.”

“Afraid not. Just a writer.”

“A writer. Oh, have you met Artemis and Paul?”

“Briefly.”

“They have a podcast.” Ellis smiled excitedly. “And soon, so will I.”

“Really?” I had trouble believing it.

“I’ve already started the tape.” He began, but Mary Jo gave him a look that calmed him down. “Probably.”

“Did you hear about what happened at the town hall?” Mary Jo asked me as another flower got placed in an arrangement that was becoming garishly bright. I thought about asking them to tone it down, but I did not have any control over this situation.

“Oh about Barney? Yes I heard.”

“Where were you during the town hall anyway?” Mary Jo asked.

“I was at home, I think. Yeah I was at home.”

“I didn’t see them while I was out and about.” Ellis said under his breath to Mary Jo.

“Were you not at the town hall?” I asked.

He seemed surprised I heard him and I heard him say. “Good hearing.” In a sing-song quiet voice with a side eye. To me, he smiled. “I was doing some investigative journalism.” He said the words in an over exaggeration.

“So you missed Barney’s death?”

“Yes. But I know all about it because Mary Jo is my eyes and ears.”

I nodded. “It’s good you had someone there.”

“How did you hear about it?”

“Quinn.” I said. “I had some vegetarian food at the Dead Canary.” I added.

Their shoulders relaxed at exactly the same time. The amount of energy it took not to roll my eyes. “Can I ask,” Mary Jo started as they wrapped the yellow, green, and pink bouquet, “why do you have two black eyes?”

I was taken aback. I had forgotten and I felt the heat rising in my face. “I had an accident yesterday.”

‘You know who else has a black eye? Crispin.” Mary Jo said.

“Didn’t you say he spoke today?”

“For the first time in who knows how long.”

“Too bad it was vulgar language.”

“Well he had just seen a person die. I almost said a bad word.”

“You did not.”

I felt like I’d started the gossip machine with such little effort. I decided to try to push it in the right direction and throw them a bone to follow. “Was Aubrey at the town hall?”

“Aubrey Dockweiler? Of course he was. And Artemis called him out for talking about werewolves.”

“His whole family has always been obsessed with them.”

“Too bad he’s the only one around for this.”

“His father would be so pleased right now.”

“Pleased people died?” I asked.

They both looked at me, their faces growing into hard pouts. “Of course not.” They gave me the flowers and charged me. It wasn’t very cheap, but I felt like I got a lot of information out of it.

“Have a good day.”

They nodded at me, suddenly mute. Bringing that up was a bit cruel, but I couldn’t help it. I still had so many feelings about the deaths that it was hard to see people being flippant about it. And it was nice to bring them down a peg.

I looked at the flowers and couldn’t handle how bright it was. I took them to the Dead Canary and offered them to Desmond who took them much like someone would take a screaming child.

“For me?”

“I got them to put at the graves of,” I gestured broadly, “Everyone. But I don’t know when they’ll be buried.” “Or taxidermied more like.” Desmond added.

I gave an expression that accurately depicted my fear of that prospect. “Egh, okay. Anyway, you can do whatever you want with them.”

Desmond nodded and put them under the bar. “I’ll find somewhere to put them.”

“The trash is okay too.” I volunteered.

He smiled. “Probably not that.” He put a glass in front of me and pointed with raised eyebrows. I nodded. I was just going to drink my way through this process, I decided. I still needed to talk to Aubrey, and now it felt like a more persistent need.

“Desmond, where does Aubrey Dockweiler live?”

What is your favorite thing to do on your phone? Fucking around on social media like a true Gen Z-er would, lmao. I have several games that I’d play occasionally, but most of the time I just check the same three apps – Messenger, Facebook, and Twitter. Do you know what you are going to be for Halloween this year? If so, what? I don’t even know if I have plans for the rest of the year. Do you still go trick-or-treating, and if so, how old are you? The last time we did was 2015, when we were 17. Nowadays we just have costume parties. Which Disney princess resembles you the most? At the moment it’s probably Moana, but I heard they’re making a Southeast Asian Disney princess so I’m waiting for her :) What color was your first phone? I’m not sure what the model’s actual color was because it was already in a Winnie the Pooh case when I got it as a present, but the case itself was red.

Was your first phone a flip phone? No, it was one of the Nokia ones with a slightly green screen and the Snake game on it. Have you ever butt dialed someone? I don’t think so. It’s normally the other way around. What is your favorite pizza parlor? We don’t have many of that around here; most places serve a little bit of everything with pizzas usually having its own section on the menu. That said, my favorite place to get pizza is Mama Lou’s if I have some cash on me and want to be fancy, and Yellow Cab if I want fast food pizza but still quality pizza. What is an old website that closed down that you miss? I’m pretty sure Tumblr shut down my old survey blog, the one I’ve had since 2012 or 2013, and I’m very bummed out by it. It’s also weird to me because I have a blog that’s been inactive for much longer and that one is still up... so I don’t know why they would shut down the blog that served as my journal during my teen years. I occasionally look back on it to see how I was doing then and compare it to who I am now, so it sucks that I can’t do that anymore. If you're a girl, have you ever had an embarrassing period story? I guess, but I’ve also reached a point where I’ve stopped seeing period mishaps as embarrassing. Stuff like that just happens sometimes, and I can’t be around people who are going to be babies about it. ...If so, what happened? The worst instance was leaking during a PE workout and my classmate pointing it out for me, and then having to change into denim jeans for the rest of the workout since that was the only other pair of bottoms I had. The sensation of puking terrifies me so there’ve been a few times I asked Gabie to go to the Pop-Up washroom with me, enter a stall also with me, and to calm me down while I throw up D: ...If yes, was it embarrassing? I don’t find it embarrassing because she’s my girlfriend. I’d never ask anyone else to do the same thing for me though. Did you ever take your dog to school? Just once, for my graduation shoot. Name one person you know who had a baby in high school. No one in my batch had a baby while in high school, just shortly after. I’m not naming them but one of them already has three kids, one has a boy, and another one also has a boy. Do you keep a list of your favorite quotes? No. Describe your dream wedding in three words. Lots of food. What is your favorite Chinese restaurant? Tim Ho Wan or King Bee. Does Chinese food make you feel sick? No. Well Filipinos are kinda used to Chinese food, so it would be odd for us to get sick from it. Have you ever seen someone throw up on a plane? Fortunately no. But on a boat and a ship, yes. Do you get motion sickness? Yes, easily.

I’m just going to ignore the next seven questions because I’m tired of entertaining questions like these. Has God ever healed you of anything? If so, what? Do you believe in God? Do you pray, and if so, to whom? What is the most boring church you have ever attended? What is the most lively church you have ever attended? Do you find church fun or boring? When was the last time you went to a church service? When did you learn to ride a bike? I haven’t learned yet. I’ve had a few lucky rounds but they never lasted for more than five seconds. What do you hate the most about summer? The weather. Certainly not as fun when there’s no breeze from the beach complementing the heat. What is your favorite thing to do in a swimming pool? Stay away wherever most of the people are because it’s a little gross. Which part of your body is the most muscular? I don’t know. Do you like sugar skulls? No. Have you ever painted a sugar skull on your face? I probably had it done as a kid. Are you an artist? No. Did you ever take Latin in school? No but we were taught French very briefly because the foundress of my old school is from France. The lessons didn’t really catch on. What was the last race you ran called? I’ve never been in a race/marathon/walkathon before. Do you prefer to run in the street or on the sidewalk? Side of the street. Sidewalks are pretty inconsistent so I’m more likely to trip running on it. Which major holiday is closest to your birthday? Easter is always very near or exactly on my birthday.

Also I’m sorry if this is slap dash and shoddy, it’s fuck o’clock in the morning for me fhdhshsd. It took me a minute to do this because I lost the meme questions and just plain forgot about it, RIP.

1) Who rocks the Ferris Wheel seat and who flips out and begs them to stop? Normally neither, but occasionally Hanzo is onery and likes Kuai’s grumpy face.

2) Who is always horny and will have sex at any time, at any place and at any time? I would love to say both of them, but especially Hanzo, because I love horndog Hasashi.... however, I’d say they’re into experimenting and will occasionally do something rather adventurous, but in general will mostly fall asleep in each other’s bed, still wearing their day clothes.

3) Who is more into taking showers/baths together? Who tries to make it relaxing and who tries to make it sexy time? The both of them like the closeness of bathing together, be it a quick shower in the SF barracks or a long bath in the springs or wide pools of their respective temples. It varies who’s into taking it into another level, but generally, Hanzo gets friskier more often.

4) Who likes to walk around the house naked and who tells the other to go put some clothes on? That’s definitely Hanzo. Especially in his private rooms. The habit rubs off on Kuai, but even then, Kuai only relents to being mostly naked if he has Hanzo’s silk robe.

5) Who sleeps on the couch when they get into a fight? Neither. Hanzo broods and Kuai pretends to sleep or buries himself in reading, but they wont leave each other until they’ve at least reached somewhat of an understanding. Mostly, if they need time apart, then they’ll just say so without being petty and go and attend to chores and duties they’ve been putting off.

6) Who takes photos of the other while they sleep? Kuai. He likes Hanzo’s sleepy grumpy face.

7) Who said “I love you” first? and who ends their arguments in a fight with “Because I love you”? Ghghg, it’s kind of a tie? There was a lot of mincing their words and promising each other the moon and the stars before they even officially got together. Eventually, they just kinda wordlessly admit it. After the fact, Kuai definitely says I love you to break up a tiff before it escalates into a real argument tho.

8) Who likes to wear the others sweatshirts? Kuai. He loves wearing Hanzo’s colors and elaborately woven tops. He likes sleeping bundled up in Hanzo’s freshly washed shirts.

9) Who wakes the other up in the middle of the night to tell them a cool dream they had? Who has the most nightmares, and who sings them back to sleep after? Both. They speak a lot of dreams and bygone wishes and future hopes. They also both have unsettling dreams of their pasts. Kuai regrets his cruel childhood, Hanzo laments of all the ways he’s failed those closest to him. They dont sing, but they do speak of poetry or the way promising students are advancing in their classes.

10) Who is more likely to cheat at games (cards, board games, etc.)? Kuai. The Lin Kuei taught them how to count cards and beat the odds in most games of chance to better blend in should the occasion call for it. Hanzo hates how soft and pleasant Kuai’s poker face is.

11) Who makes fun of the other for having a crush on them, and who has to remind them that they are in a relationship? HHHHHH. Kuai is...........both. He's both so flustered and pleased he landed such a sweet fiance.

12) Who starts a food fight in the kitchen? Hanzo. Again, he likes Kuai’s grumpy face. Plus it’s a chance for some intimate clean up

13) Who initiates duets? and who is the better singer? Egh. Neither. I guess Hanzo can hold a better tune. Kuai can probably play simple instruments.

14) Who starts the hand holding? Who grabs the others butt? Who slides their arm around their waist? Who likes to put their fingers in the belt loops? So, Kuai is the hand holder. He just loves tangling their fingers together. He’ll pinch Hanzo’s ass tho, and cheeks, and biceps. Hanzo is more likely to grope Kuai tho. And will possessively wrap his arms around Kuai. The both do the belt loop thing.

15) Who likes writes the others name on their wrist? Kuai. Kuai would write his name on Hanzo’s palm, and Hanzo would reciprocate. Also, Kuai just likes doodling Hanzo’s name in various languages.

16) Who is more seductive when they are drunk? and who is louder in bed? Kuai. He’s a sloppy, slutty drunk if you can get him to drink that much. Very needy and cuddly. But, hes also loud in bed. Lost of shocked moans and gasps because he’s still not used to being touched without violence.

17) Who is more protective? Both of them, but Hanzo’s protectiveness is more, like, obvious.

18) Who talks to the other while they are sleeping? Kuai. He pets Hanzo’s hair and murmurs bits and pieces of his wandering thoughts aloud.

19) Who drives and who has the window seat? Well. Hanzo is more likely to teleport them both from place to place. Kuai’s favorite seat is inside Hanzo’s arms, I suppose.

20) Who falls asleep in the others lap and who carries them to bed? Kuai will dip off to sleep if he’s comfortable and over stressed. He’s trying so hard to be a good Grandmaster sometimes he over frazzles himself and he passes out mid paperwork review. Hanzo will cart him off to bed and wrap around him for a few hours.

21) Who cuts the others hair? Neither, tbh. They occasionally help each other trim up their beards tho.

22) Who is super bad at sexting? and who sends them encouraging messages throughout the day? Does erotic poetry count? because both of them. The poetry kinda doubles as motivational and frisky.

23) Who thinks they are not good enough for the others love? and who’s more afraid of loosing the other? Who thinks they keep messing up, only for the other to tell them they don’t need to worry? Both of them. They both need the occasional reassurance that theyre okay now, things arent as they once were.

24) Who starts random slow dancing with the other in the kitchen? Who holds the other just above the ground and kisses them? Slow dancing or just, moving in each other orbit’s is a thing both of them will initiate. Hanzo likes grabbing and manhandling Kuai, especially for kisses.

25) Who says shitty puns and sex jokes just to see the other giggle and blush? Kuai. His sense of humor is awful. mostly ice puns tho. Hanzo doesnt giggle or blush, just huffs and kisses Kuai’s self-satisfied grin away.

26) Who kissed first? Hanzo. They’d been teasing and dancing around each other for months. Finally, Hanzo took a chance and kissed away Kuai’s coy smile.

27) Who orders take out at two in a morning? and who wakes the other up at three in the morning to go downstairs with them to get a glass of water because it’s too dark? Kuai. He cant cook. Hanzo is.................reluctantly doting. Hfhfhf. It’s just who he is.

28) Who writes poems/stories and love songs about the other? Do they sing the songs the write for them? They both do the poetry thing. They have a game of quoting poetry back and forth for each other.

29) Who does some crazy stunt to try and impress the other and who ends up driving them to the emergency room after it backfires? Eh. It depends. They’re both idiots but neither one of them are into showboating all that much. I suppose Hanzo would do the stunt. Kuai would just cluck his tongue and ask if thats the example he wants to set for the students.

30) Who is embarrassed when they have to wear their glasses and who thinks they look super cute? Kuai wears reading glasses. He’s so adorable and doddering looking in them. Hanzo will immediately drag Kuai away for some frisky shenanigans.

Do you always carry breath mints? No, I don’t find it essential considering I only get (or got, by now) a certain allowance per week and my budget is usually just right to fit in food, gas, other necessities, and maybe one or two nights of eating out. JM always brought a pack of those every day though and if I felt like I needed one, it was easy to ask him for one. On a side note, it’s so weird having to type these out in the past tense now that that part of my life is virtually over... What is the point of scented pens/pencils/erasers? I don’t think they have one. They’re just fun to have around if they’re new to you and you have a bit of extra money to buy them. Do you buy/wear band-aids with cartoon characters on them? No but we do have packs that come in different colors, which is entertaining enough for me. Are you amused by celebrity fashion flubs? Egh, not as much these days but it’ll sometimes be fun to look at what people are wearing at major events like the Oscars and Met Gala to see who hit the mark and who didn’t. What do you think your reaction would be upon entering the White House? Political feelings aside, I think I’d be as excited going there as I would be going to other tourist destinations. Bonus points if they’ve got a museum inside.

Do you buy and wear crazy looking socks? I wouldn’t call them crazy-looking, but I do like socks with wackier designs like if they’re sushi-themed or burger-themed haha. Would you run down the street wearing a tutu, fishnets, & flippers? That literally just sounds like a task that other college orgs make their applicants do as part of their application process. I’d do it if it was a dare or if something’s in it for me, but I wouldn’t on my own. Have you ever grown your own sea monkeys or dinosaurs? I don’t know what you mean. Would you want to travel into deep space? You kidding? I’ve wanted to go to space since I first read about people going to the Moon. I’d for sure do it if it was offered to me. did you basically waste your life in school, if the world ends in 2012? Yep, and I would’ve felt pretty deflated if the world really ended by then. Life hadn’t started looking up for me just yet, so if I looked back at what my life had been at that point it would just be shitty experiences at home and in school and I’d be sad that I never got to see it get better for me. yeah, i did. i don't believe in it though. do you? I didn’t but it was hilarious to jokingly hype it up. do you sing to songs in the car when you are alone? Yes. This is one of the two times I’m willing to belt out songs, which is why I miss driving these days. I haven’t been able to sing much lately. do you laugh at other people when they are alone in their car singing? No. I actually find it adorable when I catch someone on the road singing in their car alone, like I feel glad that they’re having a good time. have you every actually written a song? We’ve written songs for like grade school class exercises, but I haven’t done anything on my own.

I have stuff I like that not many people know about, but I’m not literally guilty about them. Are you afraid of the dark? Depends. If it’s a horror house/train and it’s dark then yes hahahaha. Other times, not really. What's your favorite animal to see at the zoo? I don’t like supporting zoos. Do you like swimming in pools? Noooooooope. That shit nasty. There are pools I enter that just feel so dirty and greasy right from the start. Plus kids pee in there all the time...I’d rather be swimming in the sea Do you think people find you scary and unapproachable? Some have told me scary, but not unapproachable. Have you been in a fist fight with someone you didn't want to fight? No. I’ve been in sudden confrontations, though. Has anyone ever convinced you to do something you didn't want to? Yes. Do you allow yourself to regret things? I do, it’s just that most of the time I don’t. Are you a sensitive person? Very. Do you enjoy writing? I used to, now I’m finding my muse for it again. Are you a germ-o-phobe? No. What is one of your phobias? Injections. Would you ever own a hairless rat, cat or dog? Rat, no. Cat, no. Dog, yes. Do you prefer big, fluffly towels or normal sized/smaller towels? Big and fluffy. What is the image on your beach towel? I don’t have a separate towel for when I’m out on the beach. What do you do in the summer to keep cool? Eat tons of ice cream, shower twice a day, have the aircon on, go swimming. Do you wear a scarf in the winter? We don’t have winter. Which of your 5 senses would you give up? Like, none of them. It’s very fortunate that I have them all in the first place. One word that doesn't describe you: Extroverted. Would you ever consider becoming a nun? Fuck no. I grew up in Catholic school and we had to visit the nuns’s convent for adoration every once in a while - you do you, but it sucks thinking about the monotony of the place. It’s so quiet, and if you’re not eating, you’re praying. Not the life for me. What do you miss most about your childhood? Actually playing outside. I didn’t have much of a childhood, but I did get to do that. What do the majority of people think of you? You’ll have to ask them, but my hunch is that I’m nice but can be mysterious since I don’t let many people in. I know most think I’m quiet though - that’s not very hard to take away from me.

Have you ever washed your phone when doing laundry? Nope, but it’s happened to bills and coins. Do you like your first name? I hated it for the longest time since I was bullied for it, but idk, I’ve been coming to terms with it recently. What makes you laugh? A lot. I’m not difficult to please. Do you ever keep arguing when you know you're wrong? I normally avoid confrontation to begin with, so this doesn’t happen a lot. I’ve only ever fought seriously with my girlfriend, but it’s different every time. Sometimes I’ll argue back despite being wrong; but there are days that I’d drop it and apologize. I was into photography seven years ago and got an SLR to start my new hobby, but realized I wasn’t good at it despite trying. Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy? More work that I do like. I hate being lethargic. Are you a hug or handshake person? Neither. In the Philippines we do beso, which is basically a cheek to cheek kiss. You can do it with people you are at least acquaintances with, and that’s my preferred mode of greeting. Have you ever received a swag bag? I don’t think I’d want to receive something called that. What holiday don't you like? Christmas makes me feel the loneliest. Do you speak any other languages? Yes, Filipino. How often do you wear jewelry? I have a piece of jewelry I wear everyday, but generally I’m not a big wearer of it since 1) I find it too flashy, and 2) I walk the streets of the Philippines, where it can be snatched in no time. I wear my fancy necklaces and bracelets out only when necessary, i.e. in parties. Do you think you are a hypochondriac? No. What age were you when you learned how to swim? 5. I was that age when my parents took me to bigger swimming pools. Can you whistle properly? Sure can. What brand of batteries do you usually get? I’ve never had to buy batteries on my own. What will instantly make your day? Learning I have a free-cut class. What super power would you refuse, if it was offered to you, and why? Strength. I don’t have much use for it. What's a small thing you take a stupid amount of pleasure in? When I’d see a dog in public and I’d start talking to it and the owners smile at me. Some people can be snobs so it feels nice when the owners themselves are friendly towards me. What's your favorite discontinued product that you wish would come back? Oreo goddamn O’s. If adults had show and tell, what would you bring into work? Show and tell isn’t a concept here so idk how that works. Do I bring something I like? In that case I’d bring my dog. Do you have a particular number that you see all the time? Sure. Whenever I look at the clock it always happens to be 4:21, which is my birthday. What are some things that are cheap, but bring you a lot of satisfaction? EVERYTHING CHEAP. My family isn’t very well off so I’m actually quite uncomfortable when dealing with pricey things. I’d rather hang out with street food, areas like Tondo in Manila, that kind of stuff. If you had a reset button for the last 10 years, would you press it? As much as I’d want to, no. It is what it is and it would be disrespectful to modify them in any way, especially having survived an awful childhood. Have you ever fired anyone? No, not in a work environment. I’ve cut off people from my life though, if we’re talking figuratively. City or nature person? City. Nature is nice once in a while but I can’t permanently live in it. Who is someone you would never swear in front of? My grandparents. Have you ever won a contest or competition? Sure, minor ones. Where was the last place you fell asleep other than your bed? The couch in our living room. How many social media sites are you registered with? Four, but I’ve been off social media for two weeks and only use one of them for now - obviously Tumblr. Would you rather go to Canada or California on vacation? Canada. Would you be surprised if Facebook started charging? No, but then again I wouldn’t be bothered because I don’t use Facebook. Do you sleep with the bedroom door open or closed? CLOSED. When have you felt most free? Probably when I got out of my mother. I’ve felt captured ever since. Would you rather take the picture or be in the picture? Neither. I’d rather be looking at pictures...for one I’m terrible at finding the perfect angles, and I’m also awkward at doing poses and stances. I’d rather be the viewer and appreciate the photograph. Have you ever caught a fish? I’ve never even gone fishing before. Someone knocks on your window at 2:00 a.m. Who do you want it to be? Absolutely nobody. Have you ever stuck a foreign object up your nose? No, but my brother did that to himself with a nut when he was 3. Fun times. Which shoe do you put on first? Whatever happens to be closer to either of my feet. How many rings before you answer the phone? Depends. If I’m expecting something then obviously I’d pick it up right away. Other times I let it ring 4, 5 times. Would you ever consider living abroad? I am planning to live abroad. Have you ever ridden on a motorbike? Never. Those are super annoying in the Philippines - there are so many of them they almost feel like flies on the road. So never never jumping on that bandwagon. Do you like to dance? Never. When shopping for clothes, what most influences your buying choices? Just whatever I think would look nice on me. Brand is also somehow important too I guess. Who is your favorite TV character?
