#taxidermy #vulture culture #vultureculture #columbus oddities convention #dead animal #though it's like. already fully tanned and such but i'll tag in case #likely the last of the pics from the con (....maybe) so dw about more spamming your dash #i didnt photo a lot of the intermittent steps like repairing the holes and carving the headfoam and body potato and such #his neck broke off when i was halfway done sewing the back so hes got a big wire slammed thru his forehead to keep him upright :') #once he's fully dry i'll go in and paint the excess clay around the eyes and such #not gonna lie this being my first actual taxidermy mount I'm really happy with how it turned out! #(minor. uh. 'hiccup' nonwithstanding) #long post
