Okay, Bridgerton is done and dusted after watching it at 1.5x speed so I’ve got that going at least.

#the first few episodes were good but I mostly spent the latter half of the show bored or trying not to puke #the scene wasn't very bad but the whole take about simon doing something ~wrong~ by not specifying that he didn't CHOOSE - #- to have children despite possessing the ability to do so was very stupid. #he made his boundaries very clear and daphne did not respect them #anyway my issue with the penelope thing still stands #marina was essentially abused by a whole family and later betrayed by her only friend. wow. #at the same time pitting penelope against marina really pissed me off #whatever I'm going to pretend that only the first three episodes exist and ignore the rest #the excessive amount of sex was just plain annoying too in the last few episodes #or maybe I'm just being ace on side #dfksahg? #text #tv #my post #bridgerton
