Monochrome apartment

Part of a little something I have been working on lately; Three apartments in a converted warehouse. They all have the same footprint, but residents were able to arrange the room divison in the apartment however they wanted.

Entry / kithcen&dining / living area

Sleeping / working area

I  would loooooove this work space....

And lastly; The small bathroom “box”.

What do you think?

I have finished the ground floor apartment as well (completely different style from this one) however that apartment has a small garden plot, which means I have to be in the mood to decorate a garden before I can show it to you.

A tiny neighborhhod of older, small homes that survived the area’s recent gentrification. One home is fully decorated. The other two include bathroom and kitchen fixtures only. Ready to be turned into residental rentals.

Note: I grew up in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area and I wanted to create houses more authentic to those my grandparents and family members lived in. These were inspired by actual Bay Area home plans.

Here’s the last build I converted and updated. Thanks again, EA! This four-bedroom, two-bath student housing is designed with a small family in mind. Divided into two units, the downstairs can be rented out to roommates while a family of two or three (including a toddler) can live upstairs.

I could finally make some of my older builds into real rentals, thanks to EA. This multiple-family home has 2 units. Each side has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a fenced-in patio-style yard. One unit is fully furnished, and the other is partially furnished with kitchen and bathroom necessities.

Here’s another build I was able to transform into a rental, thanks to EA. This building includes four townhomes, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Three townhomes are fully furnished. The last one includes bathroom and kitchen counters and fixtures. Includes washer & dryer, small community playground, and attached mini “backyards” with gardens for each townhome.
