Working on a HUGE mystreet rewrite with my sister rn, what do you want to see?

Mystreet Rework: PDH S1 Episode 3+4

Episode 3:

-When Ivy is like "he's mine! he just doesn't know it!" Aph is like "im sorry what-" bc she actually realizes that this is weird (you cannot tell me that Sylvanna didn't give her a course on red flags)

-shes also less affected by the potato thing because i feel like whenever she failed at something in a game or overlooked something in a story shes like "im a stupid potato for not noticing this" so she's kinda used to it

-she doesnt take a selfie but does talk to FC

-she doesn't talk about Ivy outside of being like "yeahhh theres this annoying girl but still not as annoying as that one boss from *game*" FC still advises her to tell the teacher if she gets worse

-Dante is now a junior

-Note: the classes aren't all mixed with different years. There are some classes that freshman and sophomore are mixed, some classes that junior and senior are mixed (like certain electives), some classes with just one year (like math) and some classes with all grades (like werewolf class since it works with werewolves of all years)

-Travis is a bit more nervous without Dante

-Travis still has french and i feel like Aph would be his study buddy despite barely knowing any french

-Garroth and Laurance aren't in her creative writing class but she ends up sitting next to Kawaii~Chan

-Note: im keeping her name as Kawaii~Chan in universe since i feel like it fits with her changing her persona to stand out though she is commonly referred to as KC in-universe and by me

-KC is still bubbly but her personality is still a tiny bit toned down

-KC is actually a good writer, mainly writing romance

-KC and Aph talk about small things like hobbies and we get a small info bit about Meif'wa

-Zane actually sits in front of them (he writes darker things and has been using it as an outlet for awhile)

-Aph doesn't learn Laurance's name and with witchcraft this is a shared years class. more advanced witchcraft classes are offered at local colleges and the basics are at the high school

-she gets to see the argument with Katelyn and Lucinda who get detention

-also since Lucinda probably took witchcraft basics in her first year, and due to her stellar grades she's there as an assistant to help, especially since witchcraft and teenagers sometimes don't mix well together

Summed up: Aph can see some red flags with Ivy and is more unfazed by her, KC meets Aph, KC and Zane are in creative writing with Aph and the former two are actually decent writers, Katelyn and Lucinda get detention

Episode 4:

-we still get the Gene warning

-since Ivy is now a Junior to fit with the others' ages being aged up Aph doesn't get detention, and even if she was she still wouldn't get detention because she never saw Aph talking to Garroth

-and because Aph doesn't have detention part of this episode is cut

-Aph is basically a bit of a nervous wreck during gym, but most of it was just explaining things

-but she does go to the first anime club meeting (which is noted that their vice president is missing because he's supervising detention as a teachers aid)

-idk whos there yet but she just gets to talk to a few people about anime and such

-you cannot tell me Aaron wouldn't sneak his phone to talk to Shu a bit because sleeping teacher and two arguing girls

-he does kinda get involved with Katelyn and Lucinda's argument at one point unwillingly before the teacher aid dissolves it

-Laurance does find her after the meeting on account of being in a different club and they walk home together, with her getting his name and his number

-Sylvanna is like "is that a boy???" though she is less strict in terms of boys here

Summed up: Aph doesn't get detention, she goes to anime club and she and Laurance do learn each others names and get each others numbers

Mystreet Rework: PDH S1 Episode 8+9

Episode 8:

-Sylvanna and Zianna are living their best lives reconnecting

-Zianna recalls Aph as "that girl" and "that sophomore" by Garroth

-Zane is just annoyed but a bit less talkative

-Quick introduction to Vylad who recently joined as a transfer freshman student to Phoenix Drop

-Zianna is still "SPORTS ZUZU"

-is it just me or is Zianna's voice kinda grating :/

-Zane tries to silently sneak away but his brothers are used to him trying that so they manage to pull him back

-Zane's and Garroth's interactions here are a bit more hostile with Garroth threatening to tell Zianna about the true extent of the Shadow Knights

-Note: Zianna is kinda aware of the Shadow Knights, and is aware of Zane's graffiti and such from even before he joined, but she doesn't exactly know the full extent of what they've done (skipping school a shitton (though Zane usually doesn't participate in that), some sabotage here and there, that stuff)

-Tensions are kinda high

-Aph immediately says yes when Vylad is like "SOOOO why dont we play soccer???"

-Vylad and Aph are instant friends with them talking a bit about future plans (Vylad wants to travel the world and Aph isn't fully sure what she wants to do though she does drop a small interest in track)

-while Vylad and Zane play Aph and Garroth have a convo about Zane with Garroth both loving him bc brothers yet the dislikeness cause Shadow Knights and would prefer for the school not to be constantly vandalized and shit

-Zane is still pissed and despite the less of an argument he plays with Aph and ends up getting hit in the face and her overapologizing

-Note: Zane aint having a fun time cause one blind eye and the other eye isnt doing well

-PAST FRIENDS REVEAL

-all of them: :O

-Zianna and Sylvanna have kept in touch but can't talk to each other as much as they want

-Note: Sylvanna makes money as a higher up in the Phoenix Drop branch of a corporation (im thinking part of the marketing and advertising industry)

-Dinner invitation still happens

Summed up: Vylad introduction and friendship, Zane is quieter, my attempt at making Garroth's and Zane's relationship a bit more hostile, childhood friends reveal and dinner invitation still happens

Episode 9:

-Aph doesn't ponder whether she likes Garroth or Laurance cause she thinks of them as friends but she does think emotions suck as she kinda reels with the childhood friends fact

-small FC and Shu convo

-less of the 8D cause its just irritating if you wanna do something better FC do uwu it annoys my friends and itll probably annoy Aph too (unless she does the uwu speak too (id write a convo between them using uwu speak tbh))

-Aaron is still a warrior in the game (should probably make a name for it) and Aph may be a healer but i feel like shes a powerful healer in the game with how much she's played

-Travis still comes around

-Sylvanna is more "oh whos around now?!" on account of her not being the happiest when all fired up while trying to make food that will light Zianna's mouth up with the fires of friendship

-Travis still helps cause it aint spicy enough

-note: i remember Travis's dad being mentioned to work at the school (witchcraft) but since that was quickly disproven by Hyria imma make him work at the university and teaches witchcraft there

-Travis isnt like "you like Garroth dont you" due to her changed behaviour

-Travis mentions Katelyn coming around the drama club sometimes

-small little mention of the anime club too

-the convo stops when Sylvanna is like "I DONT HEAR SALSA BEING MADE"

-Gene doesnt follow her bc that is creepy and if he tried i feel like the others would notice

Summed up: Travis and Aph have a convo without Travis noticing the Garroth thing and Gene doesnt follow her bc wtf

Mystreet Rework: PDH S1 Episode 1+2

So I'll be calling tagging this as Mystreet Rework to not clutter the Mystreet rewrite tag. This will mainly be going over my notes and such on changes (even if they're small) and how certain things will stay the same with a summary at the end.

Episode 1:

-Aph is now a sophomore

-Aaron is now a junior

-her insta is of course changed from her irl account to a much much smaller account with just some followers

-Teony assumes Aph is a freshman (bc I mean look at her) until she explains the homeschool thing

-Garroth and Katelyn are now juniors (and idk about Laurance rn since I don't know his year yet)

-Garroth helping her thing still happens (though she doesn't correct him on the freshman thing) and the Ivy thing still happens (Aph is getting annoyed at the freshman assumptions)

-small but quickly resolved misunderstanding with the teacher

-Laurance still helps her and invites her to maybe come to the freshman mixup to just kinda get to know a few people, even if she's one of their upperclassmen and offers to maybe introduce her to a couple of people her age

-Zane has been getting "Garroth's brother?" since freshman year and is about to punch somebody over is

-When Aph meets Travis and she's talking about being assumed to be a freshman he's like "i know right" and she's like "???" turns out he recently moved from a different town with a less good school and is new to the school

-THEY'RE STILL NOT-ALONE-BUDDIES!

Summed up: Aph and Travis are sophomores, Aph was homeschooled during her first year and Travis recently moved, Garroth, Aaron and Katelyn are juniors, everything plays out similarly

Episode 2:

-I'm keeping the FC and Shu thing in here since I like it but Aaron and Aph will build a relationship outside of it

-Aph ends up asking the question instead of Nicole

-Katelyn still knocks out Travis and Laurance still has to tell her not to mess with the new kids

_ "Hey little freshman-" "SOPHOMORE!"

-Garroth: SOPHOMORE?!

-Small FC convo (with Aph's pfp being changed to like a magical swirl from their game or something) and Teony convo still happens

-in a change Travis manages to join theatre and Aph ends up joining anime club

-Aph and Aaron are still in werewolf class

-Aph is a bit more forceful in her interference. still ends up with a window being broken and a dude out of the class

-Aaron actually gets detention for the window thing bc actions like these will have consequences and violence isn't actually encouraged outside of certain times in class

-Aph and Aaron are still seat buddies which is where they learn each others name (she introduces herself and he ends up begrudgingly does so cause whether he likes it or not he's stuck with her until he can get out)

Summed up: Travis joins theatre and Aph joins anime club, FC and Shu are still there, and the werewolf class gives actual consequences for property damage

Mystreet Rework: PDH S1 Episode 6+7

Episode 6:

-Aph still wishes to walk with Laurance cause they had a fun time at the park

-convo between FC and Shu still happens

-Note: they're gaming buddies and became friends a few years back on a gaming server and after like almost a year Aaron kinda accidentally revealed that he was going into high school and cue prompting of Aph age being revealed soooooo (might change this later on)

-FC is still acting kinda weird but this is a bit more normal. there are periods where FC is kinda self doubting and just kinda wonders why Shu is even friends with him (aka Aaron going through certain rough periods in his life pertaining to his father which I will try to reflect as to give hint to his identity as FC since I have to have some sort of hints here)

-Aaron can usually mask these periods in school bc his whole persona is the quiet delinquent

-ANYWAY

-Laurance calls her beautiful in a kinda flirty but kinda friendly way, Aph still overreacts a bit

-they end up talking about what Aph's classes might be as a junior and such which reminds me i kinda need to make a schedule for Aph's classes

-again the flirting between Aph and Laurance is a bit more playful in nature

-Garroth is kinda jealous over this but not too jealous and does want to get to know Aph more

-Aph isn't in a class with Garroth and Laurance

-some reminiscence on their art class and the last two years

-still get the Cadenza mention

-Aph goes to homeroom first, where Travis and her chat and turns out he has drama class first whose teacher is like the main teacher for the drama club

-we also get her relaying Katelyn's apology

-there isn't a posing for art. it's mainly just a rundown and what they'll be learning and such

-would end it here but turns out. ivy saw her with the others and does try to threaten her

-aph does actually try and ask her why she wants garroth

-ivy: be-because i want him!!!!!

-cue aph being like "SHIT IM GONNA BE LATE AND IM ALREADY LATE ENOUGH BYEEEEE LETS TALK ABOUT THIS AGAIN SOMETIME"

-and that's it.

-would be a bit of a boring if this was a roleplay series but this is rewriting in a story sense and not a roleplay series sense

Summed up: playful flirting with Laurance and Aph, FC is having a bit of a self-doubt period, starting to get a tiny bit into Ivy's motivations and an uneventful art class

Episode 7:

-Travis talks a bit in homeroom about drama

-Aph is like "I WILL COME TO ALL OF YOUR PERFORMANCES NO MATTER HOW SMALL YOUR ROLE IS"

-Vylad aint in here yet. hes a freshman so we sadly dont get the "that emo kid in the back is my brother" line

-i kinda want to give them cool not-alone-buddy jackets now

-Aph is slightly interested in sports but shes overall kinda meh on it

-Aph ends up mentioning the Zane and Shadow Knights thing

-Werewolf class is a multiple classes per week type of thing for obvious reasons

-Aph is still stuck in there (it isnt exactly easy, if not impossible to transfer out due to some past 'incidents')

-im guessing the Shadow Knights are talking about Aaron when she finds them (still getting a used to how the layout of the school is cause goddamn it looks confusing)

-Zane isn't with them on account of him actually going to classes

-Aph still fails to get past them but Teony to the rescue!

-she ends up escorting them bc she's used to how they act

-Aph is still late

-Aph and Aaron are still kinda at odds, especially since she isn't exactly the biggest fan of violence at the level of y'know throwing somebody out a window (mess with her friends tho and she will give you a mean bitchslap)

Summed up: things end up pretty similar, Vylad aint mentioned yet, small thing on Werewolf class and I end up mentioning Aph will bitchslap you if you hurt her friends

Mystreet Rework: PDH S1 Episode 5

Spoilers for When Angels Fall (from what I know)

-Assembly conversation still happens but since Aph was in gym class, a part of it doesn't happen

-The principal is just as eccentric

-Sylvanna is still protective over her so she does embarrass Aph a bit

-Laurance still asks to hangout

-Aph kinda realizes that Ivy kinda bothered her more than she realized

-Sylvanna is still the same tho Aph is like "not my boyfriend" since she sees him more as a friend than anything else

-Again Aph is less blushy and more awkward due to little social interaction over the past year, even more so since she didn't talk that much at her last school

-Aph mentions friends from when she was younger

-Shadow Knight introduction!

-BUT WITH A DIFFERENCE. ZANE IS WITH THEM.

-man's in the shade cause sensitive skin

-anyways he barely speaks

-Gene or whatever his name is is like "Zane, why dont you introduce yourself?"

-Aph recognizes him briefly cause creative writing class

-Laurance was indeed a member of the Shadow Knights before deciding to leave

-i will say he feels a headache when hearing the words Shadow Knight, almost as if remembering a past life

-Note: the Shadow Knights excluding Zane are now seniors

-Garroth shows up

-Laurance mentions Zane and Garroth mentions that he's his brother

-Aph is like "wAIT WHAT- HOW TF-"

-Also small note: Garroth does feel oddly protective over her (so this was mainly just small references towards Diaries from what i can remember from watching it years ago and the wiki, but turns out with season 6 reincarnation which i may or may not keep we shall see)

-anyway they don't ask the girlfriend thing

-and Sylvanna doesn't find her and they spend the time just having a fun time. talking about school and such

-until they find Katelyn studying

-Garroth and Laurance are in similar social circles with her and are more acquaintances than friends. but they end up joining her

-according to her, shes making sure to keep her grades up due to being the volleyball captain, which has a grade requirement for classes

-in between some of her books in a copy of Romeo and Juliet, which Aph notices

-Katelyn says its for drama class, which she is a part of due to an art credit being needed (not true. she took drama in her first year. she just enjoys shakespeare but doesn't show it)

-they kinda help her and such and Aph gets to know her a bit more

-with an official apology for the Travis thing before she leaves and to relay the message to him

-overall successful hangout

Summed up: Aph realizes Ivy kinda actually bothered her, Zane is a Shadow Knight already and Aph learns that hes Garroth's brother, and Katelyn joins in on their hangout

Fun fact: when i watched Diaries years ago, I remember the Zane-Garroth reveal made me pause for a good few minutes as i was like "WHAT??????"
