thinking abt ult roxy. i think to even show up and be relevant let alone central in the narrative it would have to be extremely void centralized aka roxy completely disregard giving a shit about narrative relevance. Ult dirk complains about being pulled into a stupid nonsensical nothing plot and roxy is like aww u thought ud still get to be like. relevant dirk? you thought the dirk in the fucking ult roxy dirkyaoi fic gets coherence? l m ao.

Dirk is horrified to learn the whole thing is actually being written by ultcallie who upon considering the words dirkroxy yaoi immediately dipped into deep trance and thus roxy is forced to indulge them. I'd def like to see ult roxy be bitter towards dirk considering he could finally know all the. ykno. shit. So obv roxy would be like. sticking that dude in silly anime tea parties and snapping his fingers trapping dirk in eternal narrative scene snowglobe hell for a bit. Could also pull basically whoever out of the ether so it would be fun to see ult jake and ult jane. Ult jake def has some established fanon characterization id like to respect, but im p sure i actually havent seen ult jane anywhere and i do think ult roxy would want her to make dirk squirm a bit

gghgg roxy grabbing scenes at random, whatever he thinks will get a reaction out of dirk. the parodization of narrativizing flaying bare the type of writing dirk has fallen into-- purely reactionary audience engagement, specific symbols of development and attainment fulfiled or failed. All of it really drilling down to one of the cores of the matter, that theres a fundamental problem between roxy and dirk that emerged the moment roxy decided to change their gender presentation. (id love to hear ppls takes on this because imo i think dirks feelings on this are def complicated by the past issues with roxy and hal as well as the extent he put him on a pedestal and the extent that pedestal crumbled in the wake of roxys gender-- i find it particularly interesting how he takes the switch to he/him much better than they/them. there was a v good post abt this a bit ago but i cannot find it)

pt 2. on gundham and kazuichi deserve more with their relationship instead of making them a part of some silly love triangle (?) thing. they r both outsiders trying to find themselves a place in this world for them to fit in when in reality they just need someone to be able to listen to them nd understand them. two sides of the same coin! they r so different from one another but past what you’d see, they’re also rly similar and deserve to find themselves in one another
