#return of kelery kate! i never left i was just on a self destructive spiral #note to self dont wear your cunty little gym shorts shopping after gym bc men are gross #from a couple of weeks ago. i think im not as okay as i thought. ive been having trouble meditating and my sleep schedule is fucked again #after the first week after leaving south africa i thought i was okay but i literally think that was just me being determinedly delusional #i was having trouble eating and i had an msepisode and it makes senseand im trying to be better because i have to be better for myself #be better inspite of everything etc #so im taking my sleeping pills again and its making mornings a little harder and im dazed throughout the day but its for the better #take care of yourself! treat your body with love! love yourself!
