Something I've suddenly remembered: There are unlicensed musical bump and go toys which have water fountains. The toys can resemble boats, swans, trains, or they can be bootlegs based on fictional characters.

 I only recall seeing one that was based on a fictional character. It was a plastic figure based on Huba from Monster Hunt, and it had a window on the front where you could see water fountains inside, and it lit up while playing music.
