So I finally drew that blacksmith Dark Choco thing

For those possibly without context, this is based on the fact that Dark Choco is always at my blacksmith place

I guess with the name it’s sort of a costume? I just wanted to write something there. It’d probably be a Rare costume tbh

I gave him a hair bun because safety in the workplace, he needs to make sure his hair doesn’t catch on fire. I will say he looks so different with his hair up like that. That’s why I gave him that little bit of his hair coming out, so I could have some recognizability in the sketch

I was debating whether or not to give him goggles, but after asking people I realized that whenever they said goggles, I made up excuses to not do it and that I didn’t want to, so I just went with the headband instead

I was struggling with the outfit colors, since I realized I shouldn’t just use a variation of his default colors, or his purple since that doesn’t really evoke blacksmith. But after a while, I had the idea to just color pick from the actual blacksmith place, and I got colors I think I like

I guess the in universe explanation of this would be that after leaving the Cookies of Darkness, he ended up at Avocado’s place, and she lets him stay there and in return he helps out with her blacksmithing business

God ok i spent an hour on this got frustrated and then realised i DONT give a shit and dont need to finish it but like does anyone get the vision? anyone?

#I kept the hair gradient but changed the hairstyle a little cus its fuck ugly #My vision was dark outerwear concealing light innerwear i.e. the dark coat and light shirt #bc well thats what creme brulee is. hehe #w more sharp edges to reference how the shell of creme brulee splinters but i dont think i sold that too well #also took heavy inspo from mint chocos design bc i thought itd be fun as theyre both musicians so might have similar performance outfits #I think a third colour like green would help as an accent like how its often garnished with mint leaves etc. or powdered sugar #Idk im not a pro designer iand fwiw i dont think this designs really salvageable i just wanted to try

I really want Dark Cacao and Dark Choco to get a Special Episode update some point this year

Not sure what the plot would be, but I just want to see the random trivia stuff that comes with the Special Episodes for them

#the setup in my mind is like a festival going on in the Dark Cacao Kingdom #that then gets attacked by something (presumably not the Licorice Sea since we already had that plot) #and so Dark Cacao and others go to investigate and stop this threat #which is plot relevant somehow most likely #since Dark Cacao’s one of the Ancients and so his story should have weight to it #Dark Choco’s there too in disguise because he just wanted to go to the festival #he gets found out in the middle of the attack #and then he probably stays in the story and the two deal with their issues #not fully but some of it #I don’t know #but we better get a Dark Cacao update this year #cookie run #cookie run kingdom #dark cacao cookie #dark choco cookie #special episode #random stuff

[About the Dark Choco Cookie]

Dark Choco Cookie is one of most aggressive characters. Because of his conflicts on his family and getting the Strawberry Jam Sword. He leaves his father, but he never excepted he will never meet him ever again..

The war is passed...

Dark Enchantress Cookie is find Dark Choco Cookie in the forest.. And giving him a chance on making Dark Cacao Kingdom "better" than what we have currently.

He joins to the Cookies of Darkness and become the ruler of kingdom.

[Fun-Fact]

I changed his rarity to Super Epic and still working on his skill, if he will be in the game.

Dark Choco is always broke the mirrors, no, he don't hate it. He just always see Dark Cacao Cookie in the mirror, when looking at himself.

Strawberry Jam Sword is making illusions and hallucinations, but that's not too hard. But Pomegranate Cookie is make it worse and now, Dark Choco is more emo than original.
