As Higanbana immerses himself in the rigorous training of future magical defenders, he must navigate the intricate web of political machinations and the looming shadow of an ancient adversary.

Dev Notes: Lafi_aso I enjoyed designing Higanbana, he was inspired by Johan Liebert from Monster although I couldn't capture Johan's charming but mysterious smile that much, maybe someday I can! I also made him pretty like a butterfly which explains the thing on his head and his very flashy kimono /end

Outshining even the most adept spellcasters in his family during childhood, he displayed an innate prowess for ice magic that set him apart. This exceptional gift, however, became a double-edged sword as his family, recognizing his potential, subjected him to rigorous training. With each milestone in his magical abilities, the Verelli family intensified the challenges, pushing him beyond his limits. Consequently, the relentless pressure forged him into a figure of excessive stoicism and directness while hiding something behind that sharp gaze of his. Rather than relishing in his exceptional talents, he perceives his predetermined destiny as an unwelcome burden. His heart longs for liberation from the shackles of his family's expectations, yearning for a life unburdened by the weight of his lineage.

Dev Notes: Lafi_aso the first LI for our game Liberte x Destin! my first every character that I designed for the game. I will redraw his sprite for the game soon since it's been a year since then. Drawing this CG really made me happy and feel the butterflies in my stomach! Luca's stare into the player makes me melt and I hope everyone who will play his route will feel the same! /end

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Hey everyone,

Exciting news! We're halfway through completing the demo for our game. We've been hard at work adding new character sprites for minor characters and refining the dialogue. We're crossing our fingers that everyone will love the updates!

As much as we'd love to use new sprites for the main characters, we've decided to stick with the old ones for now to avoid delaying the demo release. Balancing development priorities is always a challenge, but we're committed to delivering the best experience possible.

Stringing the events together has proven to be surprisingly challenging, but we're tackling it head-on and making great progress.

Our next course of action would be adding UIs! Unfortunately, a certain character won't be able to make it to the demo, but there will be a sneak peek of him!

We're excited to show you our characters and the story! Hopefully, you can date them on March 15!
