So Close

You and Javi are at a club with a few of your friends. Finally able to unwind after a long work week. You’re on the dance floor dancing with someone and Javi kept watching you. You were teasing him. That night you were done hoping that he would make a move. You’ve done what you could to show Javi your feelings for him. Initially you both had been holding back how you felt for each other. Little by little you’ve noticed the way Javi looks at you, the way he’d act when you were around other men at work. He wanted you as much as you did him. You both had a heated argument at work that day, ending up inches away from each other. Close enough that you saw how he looked at your lips, but he stopped himself from lunging forward not allowing anything to happen. Frustration running through your body. You’re mad at him. Back at the club you’re dancing with this other guy. He is behind you while his hands are on your hips. You notice that face Javi makes when he’s ready to blow his top, but you don’t care. Everytime you catch Javi watching you, he’s clenching his jaw or downing a drink. You press your back closer to your dance partner, you reach up the back of his neck and run your fingers into his hair causing him to bring his face down to nuzzle his nose in your neck. Javi quickly puts his drink down and starts walking toward you on the dance floor. You quickly excuse yourself to go to the restroom proud of what you’ve done, that’ll teach him. You’re getting closer to the restroom and you hear quick footsteps behind you, there’s a grip on your arm as you’re quickly rushed inside. It’s Javi and he’s not happy. Once inside he pushes you up against the restroom door. You can smell the alcohol in his warm breath. His eyes dark, both of you breathing fast. He presses himself closer, his eye contact breaking to keep looking at your lips. He’s fighting it and he’s loosing. All you can say is “Kiss me”……………. and then you wake up.
