Yes i was fat too… yes I know what you are going through… Maybe.. what you HAVE GONE THROUGH… It’s rough and ain’t so easy just “just change your lifestyle” because If I’m completely honest… you have to become someone DIFFERENT (literally, spiritually, physically, mentally…) It’s a LOT of trials and errors and much much time on your part and SOMETIMES YOU ARE WONDERING…. Is it working, is it.. worth it?? YES, you just don’t see it, you don’t feel it in the process of doing anything uncomfortable or uncommon or anything that you know you don’t necessarily want to do.. So you have to make a big decision and ask why? Continuing with the WHY.. and that right there is how you “stay motivated” it’s called Discipline, perseverance, and a bunch of loneliness… You have to really know who you are, what YOUR GOALS are, What YOU want, and figure out WHY?
