im going to start with warnings: i don't know how to give short answers. drugs (marijuana) is mentioned in the last fact. i say all of this with just open honesty, not in a way to vent or such. enjoy reading the jumble

1. i've cracked my head open twice. once from hiding behind a door during hide n seek when i was five. my height was perfect for the door knob to make contact with my right eyebrow. i have a little scar @ the beginning of that eyebrow. the other time i was tied to a door sitting on my dog. the door was the bathroom door and my dad was inside. my brother (7) was downstairs and called the dog (he didnt know what was happening). my dog jerked and i went flying off and the back of my skull made contact with the sharp wooden corner of my parent's old dresser. my dad couldnt get out of the bathroom because my dog was pulling it shut to get to my brother. it was a wreck.
2. i'm from seattle and i love the rain and the seattle freeze theory is 1000% correct i can attest to it. people in sacramento fucking walk around and talk to people they don't know all the time. seattle?? get out of the way i have some place to be and im stressed and depressed
3. i have webbed toes. its the second and third little toe on both feet. the left foot is much more noticeable than the right. when i was a kid i hated other peoples feet because i thought they were supposed to look like mine. boy howdy did i learn that that wasn't the case when i wore jelly sandals in school
4. if you ask my anything i'll tell you. i'm an absolute open book. you wanna know all of my trauma? okey dokey! my opinion on some sort of political situation? i got you man i'm always HEATED and READY. to note, if anyone ever asked for my social security number or such, i'd deny unless it was the joker
5. i really like some bug and insect friends. i don't like butterflies, i prefer moths ten times over. we have some here that fly around my back porch at night and ill see all sorts of fuzzy and unique moth friends.
furthermore, when i was 3 i used to sit out in the gravel patch by my drive way in my diapers and build gravel houses for the snails. i would force them into these hazardous structures made out of small rocks. in pre-k i would play with the snails and worms in the play yard
6. lastly, i smoke marijuana regularly for my anxiety. i've been anxious every single second of my life and it's the method i've found works best for me to feel like an actual human being and not be in my head. my family always calls me a pothead and my last therapist convinced me, in her office right then and there, to call a drug addiction treatment center and set up an appointment.

ACT ONE:
CHAPTER ONE:
THE CURTAIN OPENS:
The dim light bulb flickered, briefly illuminating the concrete room. At the center lay a card table, beaten and bruised, slicked and stained. Older than time, or at least older than the Corporal. Four chairs sat around the piece of plastic masquerading as furniture. Only two were occupied at the moment: In one sat an average looking, albeit filthy, man. He wore a torn general’s uniform; it had been patched and repaired countless times. The Corporal was sitting next to an odd looking fellow. He was staggering in height, at maybe 8 feet tall, and his skin was stone. His eyes, embedded in whatever he called his flesh, glowed a light amber. He could barely fit inside the designated meeting place. Behind all four chairs were four metal doors, each leading to god knows where. Well, intuition told the Corporal that the door behind the stone fellow led somewhere underground; More than likely pointing straight for the Third Precinct. The Corporal’s Door led to an abandoned warehouse out in the Crater, about 10 miles out from the nearest town. He had done his best to obscure the location of their base. The other two, however, were a mystery.
5 minutes passed. The Corporal and The Giant both waited in unease. The other two representatives were late. So, the military man decided to break the silence.
“H-Howdy,” he stuttered. He wasn’t used to talking to anyone from Subter. That was usually the job of the Intelligence Agency. “The name’s Corporal Johann Springer, although most folks call me C-Corporal or Joey. H-Howsabout you?”. The Corporal, in his regular idiocy, had forgotten the names of all 3 representatives he would be meeting with. It was excusable, however, when looking at what else he had on his plate. Big things were afoot. The stone man replied in a gravelly voice,
“I am Babel, Son of Babylon, Son of the Almighty. You may refer to me as Babel if it is more convenient.” Johann noticed that Babel’s mouth completely disappeared while not in function. “How...unusual”, thought the Corporal. Before the Corporal could continue the conversation any further, the other two doors opened almost simultaneously.
Through the door opposite to the Corporal walked some horrible excuse for a man. Half of his face and the majority of his body was a wretched amalgamation of circuits and conduits. His body was heavily armored and loud, but his face was smooth and mostly silicon. The contrast would be startling if the Corporal hadn’t reviewed the ambassador profiles beforehand.
“Greetings,” a synthesized voice called out. It seemed to originate from the cyborg’s chest region. “I am Chief Officer Albertson, of the Trivyl Communications Agency.” Albertson proceeded to take a seat. Directly contradicting the robotic being was the representative of the Aeylhall. An angelic figure, she moved gracefully into her seat. From her lips rang a heavenly voice.
“Hello, friends. I am Aria, High Priestess of the Aeylhall. It looks as if everyone is in attendance, so let us begin the meeting.” As she said this, Albertson’s lips began to form a smirk. Evidently, it was very well prepared. The Corporal couldn’t say the same for himself. As for Babel, his face was unreadable. As the High Priestess began to take out holo-docs ages ahead of anything the Alliance was developing, Albertson’s faux-human voice rang out.
“Now, before we get into our debate, I would like to point out that Mr. Trivyl WILL be taking control of this unit so we will be able to negotiate with far more ease.” As soon as the cyborg had finished its announcement, the single mechanical eye powered off. Seconds later, it returned to life. For how crazy this seemed, there was something different about it. Whereas beforehand the eye seemed barely alive, it was now full of life and malice. Its lips parted, and a different voice emerged. One far older.
“Mhm. We can let the meeting start now, Aria.” He said impatiently as if he had somewhere to be. This wasn’t the case. The elegant woman began to talk
“Well, Mr. Trivyl, we are here to discuss the terms of a ceasefire. As all of us know, the battlegrounds between Trivyl land and Reb-” she quickly corrected herself, ”Alliance forces has been raging for 25 years. This ‘war economy’ that has been propped up is in no way sustainable. I will allow the representatives of both parties to speak, and Babel and I shall keep the peace.” She sat down and opened a holodoc, beginning to take notes. Johann started the discussion cooly, in an attempt to stop things from ramping up too quickly.
“Well, Mr. Trivyl, I’d like to start things out by requestin that you and your kind stop sendin in black ops troops to start conflict behind front lines.” Upon hearing this, the unit formerly known as Albertson began to smirk.
“I have no knowledge of any black ops forces sent into the Crater. In fact, I “reckon” that these are just your own citizens stirring up discontent. You are rebels, after all.”
“Now, Mr Trivyl, I do detest that statement. The citizens of the Alliance are all good folks, and I will take no insult.”
Trivyl smirked. “Evidently, we aren’t going to get anywhere on this tangent. Now, I propose we change the subject. What do you know about psychic fields?”
Aria looked startled as soon as the cyborg mentioned this. Bewildered. Babel, too, looked very concerned. The Corporal cleared his throat.
“I know nothin about any psychic fields. I am aware that the entirety of the crater is covered in some sorta of odd energy residue, but, I can say with ONE HUNDRED percent certainty that the Alliance is not behind it. Why do you ask?”
The cyborg had a look of confusion on his face. Or whatever passed as confusion. He quickly stood up, turned around, and began to leave. The Corporal objected.
“Now, Mr. Trivyl, what is it you’re doing?” It turned around. Whatever had possessed Albertson earlier had left, leaving only a cog in the machine. It replied after a solid ten seconds of silence. He seemed to be processing the situation.
“Mr. Trivyl decided that this meeting would not be truly beneficial for all parties and that the Alliance was purposefully withholding information. Goodbye.” With that, it was gone. The remaining three delegates sat around the table, stunned. Johann spoke first.
“Now, I must be frank, I did not lie during that meeting.” He affirmed vigorously. His Paw had always told him bout how foul liars were. He didn’t want to be marked as one. Aria nodded.
“Yes, I’m aware. One of these devices-” She gestured to the array of holopads and floating cubes “operates as a lie detector. Well, a lie detector of sorts. In any case, you’re free of any charges the Aeylhall might press for perjury. As for our friend from Subter, I can’t say.” She stared at Babel expectantly. He opened his stone maw.
“Mmm. The surface man seems innocent enough. I can’t say I trust the abomination.” With that, he got up and entered his door. Back to wherever he came from. Aria did the same. The Corporal sat alone in the dim room. Letting loose a dejected sigh, he folded up the card table and headed back to his SUV. This wasn’t going to go over well at HQ.

The atmosphere of the unnamed planet was thick with smog. The industry had its price. But Terra cared not for such things. Her eyes could see far past such physical inconveniences. She could see far past the hunk of rock and far past the cosmos. She sat in her chair, next to the small white table, content. The game was afoot. She looked across lovingly across the table at Nova; her brown skin seemed to shine even in the vacuum. Even on this rock without a home. As a tattered flag that represented nothing anymore wavered in the empty void, Terra took a sip of tea. Soon, it would all be over.

The sandstorm raged outside. The empty house creaked the wind. But its walls stood tall. As it had for many years and as it would for years in the future. Deep beneath the sandstone and brimstone and whatever sediments had formed over millennia, a being long since forgotten began to stir yet again. Perhaps for better, or for worse.

i’ve updated my bio to indicate that i’m streaming every saturday at 8:30 eastern time. i really wanna make the streams a regular thing, but also not spam the reminder posts so much, so the reminder will just be in my description. i’ll post the stream link when i go live
i’ve also updated my rules to indicate that i will not be writing scenarios that involve characters being insecure about their weight, nor will i write about intentional weight loss. those topics are very uncomfortable for me personally and i am also a fat liberationist so i don’t want to produce that kind of content. this doesn’t mean you can’t request chubby/fat/plus size readers/mcs. it just can’t be about insecurity or weight loss.

Mystic Messenger, The Arcana, Ikemen Sengoku (briefly), Dramatical Murder, Cinders, Doki Doki Literature Club, Katawa Shoujo, Syrup and the Ultimate Sweet, Corruption of Champions (yes I’m counting it). I have played MysMe, but I stopped a few years ago. I played I think uh, one or two routes from Yoosung and Zen, and then the Jaehee friendship route. Cheritz let me kiss Jaehee you fucking COWARDS. OH YES HOMIES I LOVE DRAGON AGE. Inquisition is my fave game. I like Iron Bull, Cullen, Josephine, and Dorian’s romances the most. Save yourself the trouble of romancing Solas, you’ll get either really sad or really angry or both. My most played race/class combos are Elf Mage, Human Rogue, and Qunari Rogue. Fun bonus fact, five of my eight MCs were originally Dragon Age OCs because I am a dirty, dirty recycler.

I have two favorites that come to mind. The Obey Me! one that comes to mind is feels like I'm losing my mind (feels like a dream of me all the time) by Take_Me_To_My_Fragile_Dreams. Do you like getting punched in the gut metaphorically? Do you like vivid descriptions of smells and emotions? Do you like demon fucking? This fic is for you. The plot rocks. The characterization rocks. The original characters (more than one!!!) rock. All around a wonderful investment of your time. Author is also a friend and a sweetie.

This is really vague and IDK what to tell you, so I’m just gonna spout some stream of consciousness advice I guess. If you’re interested, give it a shot. It’s kinda like any other art in that you gotta practice and try different things. The computer doesn’t make it easier, it’s just a different set of tools. That said, I like that I only had to invest in the tablet and it doesn’t take up a lot of physical space, since I don’t have much space. Be sure to do your stretches. Always put your tablet pen in the same place. Keep your desk clear if at all possible, I say, looking at my three cups that I need to clear away.
