When I started watching Miraculous, the bullying I suffered was at its peak. Then one day after school I watched a cartoon about a half-Asian girl like me who was also bullied but managed to fight it after becoming a superhero. Marinette inspired me to continue, to be a good person among so many bad people. So watching the special was like seeing the person I could have become. Marinette's words to Toxinelle were the words I wanted to hear as a child.
