[과거속 오늘 03월25일] 1989년 문익환 목사 방북 한국의 목사이자 민주화 통일 운동가. 신구교 공동구약번역 책임위원으로 일했고 1989년에는 북한을 방문하기도 했다. 1993년까지 국가 보안법 위반 등으로 총 6회에 걸쳐 투옥되었다. 저서에 《통일은 어떻게 가능한가》,《가슴으로 만난 평양》, 시집 《새삼스런 하루》 등 본관은 남평(南平), 호는 늦봄이다. 1918년 6월.... 청각비단풀 개요 엽체는 밝은 홍색 내지 장밋빛 붉은색이고, 작고 섬세하며, 직립지와 포복지로 구성되어 있다. 직립지는 0.4~0.5cm 높이에 이르고, 포복지는 2~3cm 누워 펼쳐 자라며, 청각속 및 다른 해조류에 부착 생육한다. 생장은 정단세포의 횡분열과 그 유도체 세포의 아래로의 신장에 의해 이루어진다. 직립지 정단부는 곧바르고, 말단으로 갈수록 점점 가늘어지거나 혹은 끝이 둥근 세포로 끝나기도 한다.포복지는 정단 부위도 일어서지 않고 항상 누워 자라며, 드문 간격으로 아차상으로 분지하며, 불규칙한 간격으로 직립지를 낸다. 피층 부위는 매우 좁으며, 좁은 상·하 비대칭성 피층을 형성한다. 사분포자낭은 구형 내지 타원형으로 직립지의 주심세포로부터 발달하며, 흔히 윤생으로 마디당 3개씩 형성되며, 피층 마디부에서 돌출되어 발달하고, 방추형으로 분열한다. 조하대에 연중 생육할 것으로 추정된다. 우리나라 울릉도, 남해안, 제주도에 생육하며, 태평양, 대서양, 인도양, 지중해, 아드리아해, 발트해 등에 분포한다.1) 국내분포 국내분포: 남해안(울릉도 및 제주도 조하대)관찰표본: 울릉군 죽도(25.viii.2011), 제주도 범섬(6.i.2012)2) 해외분포 태평양(일본, 중국 남부, 중앙 태평양), 대서양(버뮤다, 브라질), 인도양(탄자니아, 마우리아튜스), 지중해, 아드리아해, 발트해3) 서식지/생육지 청각속 및 다른 해조류에 부착한다.4) 형태 엽체는 밝은 홍색 내지 장밋빛 붉은색이고, 작고 섬세하며, 직립지와 포복지로 구성되며, 직립지는 0.4~0.5cm 높이에 이르고, 포복지는 2~3cm 누워 펼쳐 자라며, 청각속 및 다른 해조류에 부착 생육한다. 생장은 정단세포의 횡분열과 그 유도체 세포의 아래로의 신장에 의해 이루어진다. 직립지 정단부는 곧바르고, 말단으로 갈수록 점점 가늘어지거나 혹은 끝이 둥근 세포로 끝나기도 하며, 양가닥으로 된 겸자 모양을 형성하지 않는다. 포복지는 정단 부위도 일어서지 않고 항상 누워 자라며(= 진성 포복성), 드문 간격으로 아차상으로 분지하며, 불규칙한 간격으로 직립지를 낸다.직립지는 가지를 내지 않고 단순하며, 보통 유한생장하며, 포복지의 주심세포로부터 발달한 부정지이고, 기부 부위 세포가 명확하게 가늘어지거나 그렇지 않은 경우도 있다. 마디 부위에 가시가 없다. 주축세포는 정단부에서는 옆으로 긴 사각형 모양이나, 정단부를 제외하고는 원통형으로 크기가 유사하며, 성숙한 부위에서는 폭 45~55μm, 폭에 대한 길이 비가 2~4배이며, 각 세포는 상부 어깨 위에서 사면분열하여 4개의 주심세포를 형성한다. 측지는 포복지의 정단세포분열에 의해 아차상으로 형성하고, 항상 포복하며, 30~60°의 Y-자 모양의 다소 넓은 각도로 갈라지며, 드물게 불규칙한 간격으로 형성된다. 부정지는 가지의 주를 이루며, 직립지로 발달하고, 유한생장하며, 포복지의 마디 부위 향축면 주심세포로부터 하나씩 형성된다.주심세포는 윤생하여 마디 부위를 형성하고, 주축세포당 최대로 4개씩 형성되며, 주축세포의 신장 이후에도 마디 부위에 머물며, 횡단면에서는 팽이 모양 혹은 반구형이고, 표면에서는 단구형 혹은 돔 모양이며, 각각의 세포는 위쪽으로 2~3개의 피층 시원세포를 형성한다. 피층 시원세포는 주심세포 상단부에서 2~3개가 사면분열하여 형성되고, 위쪽과 측면으로 1~2세포 길이의 피층사로 분열한다. 피층 부위는 매우 좁으며, 2- 혹은 드물게 3-��포열로 높이가 15~20μm로 좁은 상, 하 비대칭성 피층을 형성한다. 선세포는 명확하지 않다. 사분포자낭은 구형 내지 타원형으로 직립지의 주심세포로부터 발달하며, 주축세포를 따라 연이여 형성되지 않으며, 흔히 윤생으로 마디당 3개씩 형성되며, 피층 마디부에서 돌출되어 발달하고, 직경 45μm×50μm 크기이며, 방추형으로 분열한다. 유성생식 배우자체는 이 연구에서 확인되지 않았다.5) 생태 생육시기: 조하대에 연중 생육할 것으로 추정6) 해설 청각비단풀의 분류학적 실체는 최근 Cho and Fredericq(2006)에 의해 원산지 표본을 대상으로 자세하게 연구된 바 있다. 하지만 진성 포복성 비단풀속에 포함되는 종류는 현재 전 세계적으로 11종이 보고되어 있어서, 이들을 명확하게 구분하는 것은 매우 어렵다(Cho and Fredericq 2006). 한국산 식물은 배양 시에도 항상 포복지와 직립지의 특성이 유지되었다. 청각비단풀은 국내에서 Kang(1966)의 보고 이후 해조상 목록으로 여러 번 보고된 바 있으나, 이들이 보고한 한국산 식물이 청각비단풀인지에 대한 형태적 증거나 표본을 통한 검증이 현재 불가능한 실정이다.Y. Lee(2008)는 제주도에서 이 종을 보고하면서 5개의 매우 선명한 사진을 제시하였으나, 그의 표본은 진성포복성 비단풀류가 아니어서 오동정한 것으로 판단되며, 사분포자낭이 배면에 배열하는 특징으로 보아 흔히 국내에서 실비단풀(Ceramium tenuissimum sensu Nakamura 1965: fig. 7)로 동정되는 종류 내지는 Ceramium fastigiatum var. flaccidum sensu Itono(1972: fig. 5)와 아주 닮아 있다. Cho and Fredericq(2006)의 기재문을 참고하여 청각비단풀로 동정되는 진성포복성 비단풀류는 한국 내에 2종류가 서식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 첫 번째 유형은 울릉도의 조하대 10m 수심대에서 채집된 홍조류 기는분홍잎사촌(Solera repens)에 부착 생육하는 종류이며, 두 번째 종류는 제주도에서 조하대 말청각(Codium subtubulosum)과 구술청각(Codium minus)에 부착 생육하는 종류이다.이들은 야외 집단의 형태적 특징은 매우 유사하였으나, 각각으로부터 분리한 개체들을 대상으로 실내배양을 통한 형태 형성 과정과 rbcL의 염기서열을 비교 분석한 결과 서로 명확하게 구별되었다. 첫 번째 유형은 실내배양 조건에서 어떠한 생식기관도 형성하지 않았으며, 직립지의 주축세포가 원통형으로 길고(폭에 대한 길이 비율 3~4배), 직립지가 발달하는 주심세포가 커져서 직립지 기부가 강하게 함축되지 않으며, 직립지가 정단부로 갈수록 점점 강하게 가늘어지는 특징을 보였다.그러나 두 번째 유형은 버뮤다의 원산지 표본(Cho and Fredericq 2006, 그림 47~55)과 보다 유사한 형태로 배양 시 사분포자낭을 형성하고, 직립지 주축세포가 보다 짧고(폭에 대한 길이 비가 1.5~21배), 직립지가 발달하는 주심세포가 작아 직립지 기부가 강하게 함축되어 있으며, 직립지가 정단부로 갈수록 점점 가늘어지지 않고, 정단세포 끝이 둥근 형태를 갖는 특징으로 구별되었다.또한 rbcL의 염기서열(1365bp)에 기초한 계통분석 결과 이들 2종류는 강력한 단계통군을 형성하나, 이들 간의 유전적 차이는 40bp의 염기치환(2.92%)이 일어난 것으로 나타나 유전적으로 매우 이질적인 것으로 확인된다. 또한, 한국산 식물의 경우 사분포자낭이 피층성 포세포로 둘러싸이지 않고 나출되어 있으며, 주심세포당 1개씩 형성되는 데 반하여, 원산지 식물의 경우 사분포자낭이 주심세포당 2개씩 형성되고, 피층성 사상체로 둘러싸이는 특징에서 차이를 보인다(Cho and Fredericq 2006, 그림 54~55). 따라서 한국산 진성포복성 비단풀속 종류에 대한 보다 심층적인 이해를 위해서는 분자계통학적 분석연구를 병행한 실내배양을 통한 면밀한 형태분석 추가 연구가 요구된다.기준표본: 버뮤다(기준채집지표본: 대지 건조표본 번호 1899; as Ceramothamnion codii Rhichards 1901.
