Simon was born out of a one night stand between the owner of Pantheon, one of the biggest record labels in the world Oliver Ostergaard and his mother Natalie. His father offered to pay his mother out for an abortion, half a million dollars or even get her own contract with the label but she turned it down for her unborn child.

Simon has never met his father, never once spoken to him but his love for music and business was in his blood. He knew how to promote bands, he knew how to make money, all while being in his own band himself.

The Flux were well known around the town. Hometown heroes. People would come out to see them play and he hoped one day they would be able to make it big without his fathers name getting in the way.
