no but exactly @sueske like I somehow never thought about it but not only would most people quite naturally ship sns if one of them had been a girl but also no one would ship ss and nh. but then ''i'm not homophobic but stop turning every male friendship into yaoi and fetishizing gay relationships'' y'know. mentioning yaoi every time there's a gay ship as if... homosexuality could not simply be written in a story? as if authors could not choose to write gay characters for their own reasons? mentioning fujoshi as if we could not be gay ourselves? this is becoming a rant but I'm so curious to make this experiment in which ppl read/watch Naruto but with Sasuke as a girl

NH is always ranked in the top spots for best anime couples and SS is always ranked the no. 1 for worst by a wide margin. It's not even a competition when there's such a huge gap in the quality of both these ships why do they even think they can come for us lol its pathetic...

The whole theme with SS is that they like to leech off of shit

Much like how Sakura used to leech off Ino because of her popularity and then transferred herself to Sasuke for his popularity, SS leeches off of anything they can to make themselves look good. 

Like if we go through the timeline, we can see some similarities:

SS leeched off of NH because their ship was in the gutter for like 8 years of Shippuden pretending to be our “sister ship” and “bff ships” when we helped them out a bit by using our positive developments against NaruSaku AND SasuKarin (even though we had nothing to do with them, you can still see some rants from NH against SK for SS) much like Sakura did with Ino when Ino protected her from bullies

Then when chapter 700 came out, SS didn’t need us anymore because they had Sarada to wave around and then they started talking shit about NH like they are now. This parallels how Sakura stabbed Ino in the back. You can even compare Sakura gloating about being in Team 7 with Sasuke to SS gloating to NH about Gaiden being a manga. They think that just because their ship involves Sasuke who’s a very popular character that it automatically means their “kween” and ship must be popular too while never admitting that SNS fujoshis are the reason why Sasuke is popular not them or Sakura.

At the end of the day, similar things happened, Sasuke abandoned Sakura with his kid and Sakura is eternally bitter about it which is why she lashes out at Sarada while Ino has a happy home with a husband that cares about their kid. SS is now eternally bitter about never getting any positive content while NH enjoys positive stuff nearly every day. 

Meanwhile all of SS’s “accomplishments” are built on lies and aggressiveness towards anything that challenges them, true to Sakura’s character arc as well and back to the leeching part, they do that (like demanding content whenever NH/Hinata gets content) because on their own they can do nothing but put up this shaky, unstable, flimsy facade to pump up an inflated ego.

That’s why they come for us yet they want the benefit of everything we have.
