My dice buddies! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm currently trying to find the best way to film a couple of new/updated videos for making dice and even making molds 😁. So I did the math. For $60 shipped I got SortaClear12 silicone. That is 2, 1lb containers (16oz part a, 16oz part b). To make a full set of 7 rpg dice molds in red solo shot glasses (50ml capacity) it takes 350ml or 12 oz of silicone. So a full set of 7 rpg dice molds when doing it yourself costs $22.50 ($60 for 32 oz, $30/pound which makes $1.87/oz multiplied by 12 ounces)

I'm going to find the total resin cost this weekend with a similar process

SLAB MOLD/NEW CAP MOLD UPDATE So! Wow! Lots of stuff. 1. I will be moving forward and selling these slab/cap molds in my shop beginning of April. 2. Most of the surveys were very positive, I had a few bumps regarding the stiffness of the molds. I contemplated changing silicone to something a little more firm, however nothing is as clear as I want. For the sake of UV resin friendly, I'm sticking with the sorta clear 12. I'll add in my instructions how I find the best way to remove the dice. (You can always message me for different kind of silicone. ) 3. I appercaite each one of you!
