Bandai Namco US Announces New Tamagotchi Original Shells for Summer

The summer 2023 Tamagotchi Original shells are here!  Bandai Namco US has just announced via social media that there are three new shells available for preorder. The new shells are Kuchipatchi Comic Book, Berry Delicious, and Starry Shower! These three shells were originally listed by Greattoysonline back in late December 2022.

Kuchipatchi Comic Book builds upon he success of Mametchi and Mimitchi Comic Book shells. The base of the shell is white, with a black outline around the screen and orange buttons. On the shell there are several adorable images of Kuchipatchi sleeping, eating, and acting surprised! All in comic book fashion with pops or yellow, green, and pink. Kuchipatchi Comic Book features P1 programming.

The Berry Delicious shell is perfect to kick off the summer. The shell is a light pink with a darker pink outlining the screen, and white buttons. The shell is covered in strawberries and macarons all in red and pink, super cute! Berry Delicious features P1 programming.

Lastly, the Starry Shower shell is a shower stopper. This might be the best looking Tamagotchi Original shell yet, and we need one ASAP. A magnificent dark blue translucent shell that looks like it might have glitter in it. Gold outlining the screen and Tamagotchi logo along with shooting stars, and moons surrounding the screen. The buttons area light blue. Starry Shower features P2 programming.

Preorders are now available on Amazon for $19.99 with a release date of June 28th, 2023. Now that’s a way to kickoff a great summer! Which one do you have your eyes on?
