scully and monica get separated on the way to the middle of nowhere when dana is in early labor (maybe monica gets taken at a gas station while they’re stopped or something). scully starts freaking out and drives away, scared for her baby, but eventually stops when the contractions get to be too much to drive. an off-duty officer, detective gibson, luckily pulls over to help her deliver william safely and then get them to a safe house (stella’s home).
