The History of B055

As the design and name gives away, B055 started off as a gijinka for Long Live the New Fresh from JSAB.

(One of the first artworks I did of him, I eventually gave up on the gloves)

My idea for the design was "simple but recognizable" cuz I had planned to cosplay it someday. And that did the trick, as people did recognize him and he apparently became one of the more known Freshes out there.

My idea for him was that his kind was killed years ago due to the prophecy of the great Corruption threatening all of Paradise. But his parents helped him escape and hide where he remained in hibernation till the events of the JSAB.

At the beginning he was primarily a character on my @masked-shenanigans blog, where he was initially mute. Later I changed it and he talks a lot now, being an absolute asshole.

But when I moved him over to his own blog @justshapesandchaos and started added others from the game's cast, I also changed things about him more.

He became a dad, he was actually depressed, stuff like that. And sometime later I had changed him significantly enough that he was more of an OC at that point, starting to use him for other AUs.

Now his current state is:

Dad of two, former DJ and rockstar turned Tattoo Artist / Firefighter. He's Qrybaby's ex and has a few tattoos tied to his past. He has his flaws (like drinking and overworking) but does his best to be a good dad and actually does a good job at that... most of the time.

But as I started building upon his concept and character more I revisited his OG concept of being a New Fresh and added a few updates there as well, like a change to his Annihilate form (which is still being concepted) as well as a change to his arms in his New Fresh form:

I decided that Jesty and Liquorice become bestie's.

Their story basically goes:

After escaping the facility, a young and injured Liquorice gets found by Jesty, who takes care of him. Liquorice got a special power in which he can sense and take away the sorrow and pain of people. But at that time, he is too young to consciously control it. So as he cautiously stays with Jesty, he notices the pain he carries with him and acccidently absorbs some of it, but it's too much for him and he ends up crying. Sometime, H34RTS and a hired gun find the two and Jesty helps him escape.

They stay seperated for years as Liquorice remains on the run, dealing with his personal trauma from the facility and stuff. But after getting some help and stuff (not gonna go much into that specific story line), he ventures out with Strips and Rainbow to look for Jesty, determined to finally help him overcome his pain too.

It's a lot of struggle, but they eventually succeed and Liquorice eventually decides to stay and travel with Jesty, who he trusts the most at that point. Jesty in return for Liquorice's help, teaches him the ways of the clowns and jesters, at which Liquorice decides to become one himself (a Pierro more specifically). That in combination with his now under control powers are now being used to travel around and help people.

It's simply the thought of "overcoming trauma by becoming clown" that's oddly endearing to me and they fill each other's hole in their hearts and such.

The History of Jane

Jane is one of my oldest OC's and one I use often in AUs and other hyperfixations. Jane is also part of a trio which had started off with my main OC Nna (more about her and the trio's story later).

Jane also originated from that main OC. Sometime down the line, during my time in the League of Legends fandom, I had an askblog with Nna as my main muse there. I experimented with her design and placement within the game's world and lore and one of the variations she received was a human with crystal powers.

I liked the idea of the crystal powers and also liked the design, but didn't end up keeping it for Nna. Instead, I think it was around the time Jhin came out, I started working on the whole "multiverse" concept for Nna, with one of the key components eventually becoming Jane, who then got the crystal powers.

Jane was basically a Nna from another universe who'd fall for Jhin.

Overtime, I changed the concept to "Jane is not a variation of Nna but still is tied to her fate in other universes". And as Jane became her own thing, she also got her own AU and fandom variations.

It was also around the time of League that Jane herself got a whole other variation in the form of Janey! At that time Janey was basically the bitter version of Jane in other universes. Janey's design was basically a recycled variant of Nna from my Invader Zim time.

That again changed when I eventually decided to make her Jane's twin sister instead.

Throughout all variations I generally keep the crystal powers in one way or another to some extent for Jane.

The Adopted Ones: The Apartments

Where some of the crew live in an ever shifting building together. Rumors has it the landlord lives somewhere in there too, but nobody knows where exactly.

Apt 402: Teal, Rose & Lilly A prototype, his creator and her girlfriend with a troubled past.

Apt 304: Troyer, Stitches, Patches & Jarboi A friendly puppet housing the companions he found along the way.

Apt 202: Cardinal, Gobbie & Pinky Rejected cartoons and a fuzzy plush fella. One is holding quite a grudge for his rival cartoon.

Apt 103: Elenoar, Rainbow, Sour Strips & Stephan A gentle girl with a secret and her funky roomies with even more secrets.

Welcome to the Greml Verse!

An ask- and artblog for anything OC of mine! From familiar faces from other blogs of mine over beans that I have adopted to all time OGs I made!

The Mun’s Greml (or Nna or Spades). 21+ years old, tired on main, post ever so often on a blue moon, likes vidya gamez. For more socials or the likes you can find more here!

Here are some basic rules:

This is not a RP blog. Replies to other posts and such can happen, but that will be held at a minimum.

There might be suggestive themes here and there, but overall this is a sfw space. In that regard, I do not tolerate nsfw content of my characters without my consent. Any other fanart or the likes is welcome though!

I don’t ship my characters willy nilly, so don’t expect me to ship them with yours. I’m also a multishipper, meaning that my characters can have multiple ships but they generally do not play in the same universe unless stated otherwise.

Don't be a jerk. If you're respectful to me, I'll be respectful to you, simple as that. Anyone being rude in the askbox or who tries to force their ideas, stories, etc onto my version of the characters will be straight up ignored.

I think it goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyways just in case: These characters are not free to use. They are mine. Not yours. So hands off.

Don’t enter my askbox or DMs just saying “hi” or the likes. Due to past experiences I will generally ignore those kinda messages. If you wanna interact, then do so with purpose please.
