The first 8 videos were taken on Friday afternoon just as it was getting dark. The last two on Saturday. While the first I discuss how Covid affects me the next are broken up into shorts of my climbing up and down followed by a couple of exercises I do on the ground. The 9th is a new tree to me to exercise on I’m excited by being able to turn my body around twice around the narrow trunk. The grip is quite a challenge.
