You looked up from your phone in time to catch sight of a hideous sweater before getting pounced on by Nepeta. At least she went at you from more or less behind, or you could’ve seriously broken something if you had landed on your back. You manage to not totally fall over, laughing over the fact that she could’ve just worn her usual coat, but was for some reason, wearing the worst thing ever that actually matched your own sweater.

Is that for irony or was she unironically wearing that thing? Either way, it was quite the sight with the two of you in ugly holiday sweaters.

Stepping on the transporter pad that would take him to Nepeta's location, Karkat punched in the coordinates and watched as everything around him shifted until he found himself standing on unfamiliar grounds. To the east, a massive castle stood proudly, gardens spawning for what seemed like miles around the structure. The gazeebo he was standing on was something to whistle at, and as he leaned back against the railing, he waited for his friend to show up so they could get on with their date.

"Man...for one of my alternates, this guy must have it good. Must be a knight thing I guess." He said to the cold air.
