Even as a fan of horror I have a separate headspace for vore and whenever it’s in a horror context it really fucks with me

Let me give an example. “Nope” is one of the best movies that I can NEVER watch again, and that’s because of the digestion scene. It was so utterly terrifying to me and it actually made me cry— I kind of went into a state of shock I think because I didn’t expect to see something so personally triggering on the big screen during a movie I’d gone to see with my mom.

Sorry if this seems spurred on but. I just saw an analog horror thing just now and. Idk. Makes me kind of unsettled knowing that some people might get off to it. Like obviously people are gonna be into what they’re into and that doesn’t make them bad people, but this is just an intrusive thought that’s been bothering me.

A pred that has healing stomach properties, but not for a wholesome purpose. Their digestive enzymes contain a component that accelerate’s their prey’s metabolism while digesting them to make their meal last longer and gain more sustenance from their prey. So their prey could literally die in their stomach only to be brought back to life and repeat the process over and over again until the pred decides to digest them for good. Essentially it gives the pred more sustenance per prey (and more trauma >:))

This could also be used in an interesting way with preds who don’t want to permanently kill their prey, only devouring them long enough to get the sustenance they need then release them. Could be an interesting pred/prey duo where the pred repeatedly devours their (possibly captive) prey friend whenever they’re hungry, but keeps them alive as an infinite food source.

It’s always assumed that preds really enjoy eating prey, but does anyone actually viscerally enjoy eating when it’s something you have to do regularly- and specifically, do you look forward to eating things that are actually nutritious. 

What I’ve been thinking about lately, is if a pred needed to eat prey for nutritional purposes, but they’d rather just eat like a burger. It’s easier and tastier. Prey doesn’t really taste good, since you swallow it whole. And it takes a lot of effort to catch and let alone consume, and then digest. But it’s the most healthy option. 

Without eating prey, they would become sickly, like if you were to only eat snacks, and never actually eat a full meal. 

A lot of preds don’t consume prey as much as they should, because they don't have the time, energy or resources to be obsessed with a balanced diet. 

But they probably should, because they can see the printed-out diagrams at the doctor’s office, along with disease infographics, there are the health infographics that explain the importance of eating prey, to a predator’s health. And they’d feel guilty about falling short.

Or maybe the pred is actually really on top of it. Not only do they consume prey on the regular, but they also hunt for it themselves. They gush to their friends about the health benefits of this paleo diet and people tell them to stfu because they’re annoying. 

This mundane take to vore has been interesting to me right now, kind of grounds it in reality and i don’t do that much

I imagine N can get very cruel and playful with his "food" if he wants to be, if they reeeeally deserve it.

At first he’s quite sweet to the worker drone! He offers them a hug, and of course they’d agree, N just looks so huggable!

But N's hugging them a bit too tight, and their head is pressed to N's stomach, which is growling and rumbling from having a potential meal/snack so close. He lets the worker figure out for themselves what’s going to happen to them, and so they gasp and struggle.

N then quickly breaks the hug by yanking the worker upwards, saliva dripping from his sharp teeth, menacing.

Then of course, N stuffs the worker drone down his throat, further down with each swallow. N's desperate for food. Now, he has his food.

When you press your hand against their stomach and rub, your hand sinks into their soft flesh readily. It's easy to get lost in the motions of massaging their gut...

Of course, the moment is always interrupted by a thick growl. You can feel the vibrations from having your hands sunken into their doughy stomach, and the sensation makes you freeze. Suddenly, you're acutely aware of how empty this belly is. When you want to pull away, you feel a large hand on your back, gently but firmly holding you in place.

"Keep going," The pred rumbles, their voice deep. "I want you to get a good feel. It'll be your new home soon."

Looks like you've unintentionally doomed yourself to becoming someone's lunch.

Prey advisories

Imagine if there were travel advisories for prey based on that country/land’s concentration of hostile or at least fatal eating preds.

Then in some countries it’s just specific areas or towns that are unsafe for prey.

So despite all of the clear warnings that say do not travel there. A prey does go because they just have to (could be a legitimate, or completely ridiculous reason of why they must go)

Then, for the unlucky prey, a hungry pred shows the prey exactly why the area is deemed unsafe.

Recently I've become fond of willing fatal tropes - and I've been asking myself why. There was time when I was sincerely afraid of fatal, however these days I don't mind it - so, I have been concerned about such twist of preferences. But one day I suddenly figured this out.

As I said before, I was constantly traumatised mentally by one of my relatives - by my father, actually. When me and my mom lived with him in one flat, he did many things which hurt me. And one of them was criticizing me; almost everything I did or said. I always had to be better than I was - and this continues now, though we don't see each other much anymore and I don't allow him to take control over me again. I even had writing issues: I couldn't complete my school essays in time because I was too nervous wondering about what he would say if he read them... So, I think, one of my basic desires now is to be enough for those who I love and respect. I want to be accepted as I am, without questions or excuses. I need to be absorbed entirely, being helpful and good for someone who will really value me. Who will be kind and understanding to me. So, in this case I see digestion as a way for a pred to say: "I acknowledge you, I like you as you are, I need you. Come here - I want to take you". Even if it's painful, even if it means the end. It's comforting for me to imagine myself broken down by someone who deeply cares about me because it's the greatest sigh of love and acceptance from both sides. That's why my preds are kind and gentle in ANY scenario; and that's why my preys can be a little too submissive...
