#love june as a concept #the weather is perfect #summer is here! #but like fucking clockwork every 1st I proceed to drown myself in misery and anxiety over my birthday #I am working hard to undo that trauma response so i can enjoy my bday and june in general in peace #but god did I spend a lot of today just fretting and feeling sick and anxious #like I do every year the calander hits june and i realize 'oh god its almost here I need to plan shit' #thank GOD this will be the first year I'm out of my parents house and will not be seeing my mother at all #I refuse to #i dont care if Im just sitting home alone I will like my Ass off to avoid seeing her #I will not let her traumatize me for the 29th fucking year in a row #anyway oopsie #personal #will delete Im just stressed #I have broken out in a cold sweat haha #i hate feeling this way but god this day has so many bad memories attached to it I spend the whole month just steeped in dread #why'd I have to be born at the end of themonth #cant I have been born earlier get the trauma out of the way and get on with the rest of june??
