Mindfulness June
Out of school and am able to refresh. Inspired by Heal Your Living, George Thompson/WTWA, and my siblings. Time to refocus on my priorities and my way.
I want to practice high levels of health in my body (food, sleep, exercise), mind (mindful, moving with purpose, CEO of my life), and social (kind, and contributing to a better world through my creative work).
In creating next steps I will focus on elegant living (balance, organic aesthetics, minimalism focused on life’s essentials), personal and professional development (service design, japanese, sharing work on social media), and enjoying (being with my friends and family).
I want to regularly deliver work that contributes to my personal brand.
I will start by publishing 3 contents this next week, and adapt my goal from there.

Hey anony, thanks so much for checking in on me.
I'm actually doing really well! This past week I went on a trip to visit family and I wasn't online much. I'm also working on a few other hobbies/projects which has limited my editing time for WTWA.
I'll make an update post soon so everyone knows what's up/my plans for the next few months. 💙💙
