got alva as an egg as kind of a goodbye present from a neighbour bc sometimes neighbours are nice

alva hatched exactly a week after they got to hoenn which was cool

took up performing when he was 11 with alva as his partner

became registered as a Top Coordinator when he was 13 bc this is the pkmn world and kids can Do Shit

came back to kalos shortly after that kind of by themself

by kind of i mean hed met sawyer somewhere in hoenn & the 2 became friends so they traveled to kalos 2gether

before they left tho matthieu found a weird rock which he took to local stone expert steven stone who was like “yo holy shit this is ampharosite” 

anyway matthieu was like huh that sycamore guy is researching these rocks isnt he so thats why they went back 2 kalos

steven stone also gave him another one hed found which turned out to be sceptilite which they gave to sawyer eventually

didnt travel with sawyer tho. but sometimes met up with him. meets sacha & the others through him

went to go see Every Single performance thing and became a fan of serena and musavie (i cant remember the name jessie used in the english dub for the life of me)

wants to catch a cottonee but has no idea where to find them in kalos
