Is/was Leola a Unicorn (horned Horse) or a one-horned Startouch Elf? P.s. Was she Aaravos' mother?
Leola is a unicorn

Are archdragons implied to be ordinary dragons who mastered their arcanum?
Yeah there aren't any clear details about this in the show or other materials. If it was answered in an interview I haven't seen it.
I always imagined that any dragon had the potential to become an archdragon if they lived long enough and became powerful enough. Because it seems Zubeia and Avizandum were both archdragons of the sky, which means there can be more than one. People talk about Zym having a destiny of becoming king of the dragons but I don't know how much of that is by birthright or if it's just assumed he will be strong one day because he had a strong father.

According to tales of Xadia, did the novablade come from void dragon?
The Nova blade isn't mentioned in the Tales of Xadia handbook, so the only information available is from the show. We know it has the power to kill startouch elves and is therefore likely linked to star magic.
Using our imagination, we can use the passage given about void dragons (there's a legend that a king used a bone of a void dragon to be granted a wish) to say that a wish for an ultimate weapon could have created the nova blade.

Are shadow dragons, which are a type of moon dragon big?
I think, like real shadows, shadow dragons can distort their shape and size a bit depending on the surface the shadow is cast on and the source of light that produces shadows.
In general I'd expect shadow dragons to be around 8 to 10 feet long. With giant wings like they are described as having in the handbook.

It's been a while since I posted anything, but I'm still keeping up to date with TDP stuff.
The teaser for season 6 is hooking me. I can't wait to see more. But I hope Aaravos is more threatening this time, or there is some other good threat this season. Book 6 stars. Whoo-hoo!
As for the game- I was one lucky enough to be a part of playtesting it and can confirm that it is fun and I will be playing it more on its full release.
But the clips before the game trailer probably showed off more of season 6 (+7?) than the teaser, and that Kaiju thing? A massive monster? Astounding.

Season 5 was amazing! There was so much excitement, drama, new locations and characters- so much to talk about. Too much to talk about.
Even after this show ends this might end up as my favorite season.

The leviathan might have used the same tactics as a whirlpool dragon, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're the same. However I wouldn't be mad at anyone who wants to call leviathans dragons. There are a lot of similarities.
Are levithans ocean dragons?
I would not classify leviathans as ocean dragons.
The art book has a page about sea monster/leviathan designs. It does not call them dragons.
The RPG game handbook gives descriptions for 8 types of ocean dragons, and they all have very interesting powers or characteristics that would elevate them above a normal sea monster.
What do you think?

I really want know more about Star Dragons and Void Dragons. I thought about a Archdragon of Star of is enemy of Aaravos ou ...maybe partners.
It is a shame that star magic and everything connected to it is still so mysterious. Learning about star dragons would be very interesting.
If Aaravos were able to team up with a star dragon, they would be invincible. But if they were enemies- that would be a super cool fight to watch, wouldn't it? I wouldn't want anyone else to have to fight against one of them, that's for sure.

Unpopular Opinion: Claudia threw away her redemption. In Season 4, Claudia has become a cruel character. Between seasons 1 and 2 there was a chance she had redemption, but she threw it away. As much as she wants to save her father, that doesn't excuse her actions. Now with the Season 5 trailer we can clearly see that she really wants to see her rivals dead, as she may have summoned A Blood Huntress to kill the zym team. I think your final destination will not be very good.
In seasons 1 and 2, Caludia and Soren were both working against the Zym team. There was a point when both of them could have abandoned Viren and joined the side of our heroes, but instead we got to see a split where the siblings chose different sides. I think this is good, interesting storytelling.
(However, I will fully admit I like when Claudia and Soren are together more than when they're apart. And their reunion in season 4 was not done as well as it could have been.)
So, at this point it would be much more complicated for Claudia to have a redemption because, as you say, her actions while in pursuit of restoring her father are much more unforgivable. I guess narratively there's still a chance for Claudia to be redeemed, but it should all come down to Soren. I want Claudia to be more like how she used to be, but that doesn't mean I'll hate it if she is never redeemed. In fact, I might prefer that route, actually.
I don't know if your opinion is as unpopular as you think.
