#my aunt made a mixed video tape of kids shows and movies when I turned 3 #on it was the swedish dub of Nagagutsu o Haita Neko #though as a kid I had no idea it was an anime #the other was Tanoshii Moomin Ikka #which I learned was an anime as a older teenager #my first anime-I-know-is-anime was Sailor Moon #and we didn't get more than the first 2 seasons here smh

Were you not a beginner once? Did you not write crack fic or self indulgent things for your own entertainment?

Maybe don't speak that way about your fellow fic writers? Just because some fics aren't as polished as others, or involve fetishes and tropes you don't enjoy, or are not the style you want your fics to be doesn't mean they're trash.

It's a horrible thing to say and beginners are going to be discouraged from writing knowing that their fics might be considered trash because they're just starting out.

8 years ago even a few weeks before this game-changing gay movie was out, I knew my life as a longtime Yugioh fan, as well as my life in general, would never be the same. I owe the DSoD a bunch: I drew hundreds of pieces of fan art; I met awesome friends both online and in person; and most importantly, the DSoD was what significantly helped me get through hard times. 🥹🥹

I tried the pixel art style this time. I'm not sure it worked the way I had intended to, but I did my best😆

I think my eyesight has got worse, so I've booked an appointment in May. On one hand, I hate having to pay just so I can be able to see in my daily life (well, my astigmatism mainly gets in the way when I'm in front of a screen but my ability to read worsens without glasses).

On the other... It's been at least 8 years since I got these, so I should really get new ones.
