Teeth Poets is an experimental poetry group on Yale's campus dedicated to inspiring and empowering through poetry. We began as a Slam Poetry group around 2009 but are presently expanding to explore more diverse forms of poetry! We write, move, collage, snap, and more together.

Last week, TEETH Slam Poets hosted a slam poetry workshops for students at the Meropolitan Business Academy in New Haven, just 20 minutes from campus. Poets worked with students on their pieces and performances, and ended the workshop with a performance of their own.

TEETH Poet Jacob Sandry BR'16 continues to do us proud
TEETH Poet, rapper, aspiring astronaut, and general inspiration Jacob Sandry BR'16 wrote a piece about solar energy that has recently been picked up by the Huffington Post!
While Sandry is away for the semester as a fellow for Mosaic--a leading platform that connects investors with high-quality solar projects and leads the way for clean energy investments--he still finds a way to do all of us at TEETH Slam Poets proud with his powerful writing and amazing endeavors.
