one of the things I’m kinda passionate about is interior/architecture design, and I’ve been slowly funneling it into a d2 oc im making…

I don’t think they’re a guardian? haven’t decided, but she’s very passionate about this sort of thing, has probably collected as many design books and data files (to convert into actual books) on old and golden age designing. she’s probably working on her own books as well ;w;

today I ran into Creation to finish the entropic shards quest, and not only did it remind me to keep working on the jacket, but it also became a little trip that had me imagining her being escorted (if non-risen?) by a guardian familiar with europa territory to various braytech facilities so she can record all of the graphics and designs.

bonus if she accidentally activates clovis’s AI and bombards him with questions alxhskhc

you know attempting to find the line between bold and stupid in this scenario is already dangerous and bad, but you also know that this requires patience, which you have a lot of. it's not like you're able to rush this anyways with what you gotta put up with every day.

the work sometimes allows you to show him what you're good at if you happen to be under his watchful gaze. he doesn't think you're worthy of combat in the least bit- unfortunately not because he wants to protect you, you assume, but because he thinks you're going to get your shit thrashed.

unless, however... you offer to use yourself as bait for the next attack. it's hilarious to the entire crew when you offer, but to him it's not in the least bit funny. and you're confined to Gay Idiot Jail for even speaking without asking the captain's permission.

hmmm. falling under the service of captain misraaks, who miraculously does NOT kill you. he DOES make you bust your ass working and being useful, though. it's a little much. so maybe, you think, getting on his good side will help him ease up a bit.

you take note that sucking up and being pathetic isn't going to do it, both on the account of how it's gotten his foes AND his own dregs nowhere, and. well. you frankly find it a bit distasteful and manipulative on your part. that, and... well. he's not an idiot...

he's worse. instead, he is a cruel, calculating brute with mommy issues.

thankfully this is both doable and hot to you, because you also have issues. better than hating every second of this though, right? you wonder if he thinks of you as a "useful eccentric pet" rather than one of his own idiots. it would at least explain why he's not treating you quite as bad despite the still present indifference. you wonder if this can be used as leverage.
