I have so many thoughts about the people leaving PB. Basically, I think that this is at least partially a money move and it screams buy out, since it is all OG staffers who all were investors in the company, way back when.

I am willing to bet PB will move to mostly contract writers, which is a hell of a lot cheaper.

I also think Storyloom's spectacular failure was the final nail in the coffin.

Ok, I am struggling with this one for some reason (I did enjoy it). I have the whole week to get the 30 diamonds for it, so I won’t push myself. I’ll skip ahead to the ones I need the pass for and also am playing Blades 1&2 together (hjust pounded through Blades), basically letting myself enjoy Choices. When I finish this book I am roughly 2/3 through my replay and honestly, it has been a journey.

Princess Swap! One of the few books of the Early Access era that I played weekly. It is not a top tier book, but it is enjoyable.

I finished this last night. I actually binged the last several chapters at once. I actually enjoyed this more than book 1, I enjoyed the overall story more. Anyway, this was a great book,

2/3. This book is enjoyable but intense. I was also on vacation, so that contributed to my slow pace. But I am enjoying it.

And done. I really do love this book. It is one of the best single LI books.

Next Up: yes, it should be The Princess Swap. But it’s not because there is a diamond choice event going on and I bought every one in that book. So I am circling back to the three series where I ranked book 1 and not book 2, starting with Blades.

I have had a TRR AU with these two in my head since book two and I love that this chapter unfolded very similar to how I would have wanted it too (and my long ago proposal fic would still fit). So far this is the best chapter of Villainous Valentine. Again, this is the kinda of bonus VIP content I love. It adds something for VIP players and doesn’t really take anything away from everyone else.

1/2 way mark. It has been a crazy week so this has taken longer than I expected. The first half of the book is paced well and by the halfway point we are getting into the major conflict and getting character development.

My number one piece of old lady advice? Nurture your friendships when you are young. Devote time to your friendships in you teens and 20s, make those memories and forge those bonds because friendship because harder and more precious when you get older but if you put the time in when you are young, the bonds will last. I have had the same core friend group since I was 16. These days I am lucky if I see most of them once or twice a year, but the bonds are still there and the friendships are still strong because we put in the work when we were young before we were old and tired and had tons of responsibilities.

Life goes fast and it’s the people that make it worth living.

I adore Alpha, it is a top 10 book for sure for me, but I liked Rising Tides was better than I remembered and I do think it is definitely underrated in the fandom.

Ok technically I am on TPS and I will get back to it but I got the book pass for this book and I definitely don’t want to spend money on it and it’s shorter, so I am taking a break and doing this one and then I will go back to TPS.

1/4 done. I love this book, but the first quarter does have a few things that frustrate me mostly as they set up the characters. Thankfully, those things quickly improve (mostly MC and Kala).
