‘I haven’t had the time to be able to work with a band since making ‘Fantasy Black Channel’ with Late Of The Pier back in 2008, but the lure of working with Jamie, James, Simon and Steff AKA Klaxons again and having Tom Rowlands of the Chemical Brothers involved as well was too great. I’m really excited for you all to hear the tracks I’ve produced for them – ‘The Dreamers’ is one of my favourite song’s I’ve ever been involved in. You should be able to hear things in a few months, here’s what they had to say about it in the NME’ – Erol Alkan

I met the dude from the Klaxons
I was in a pub in Embankment after a gig. I saw that the members of the Klaxons were in there too.
Near closing time, I was outside having a cigarette and I saw the one with the big head. I said “Hey man, I like your band.”
He said “Thanks, man. What’s your name?”
I got intimidated and said “I have to leave now.”
I left.
It was my birthday too.
