Lucifer and Alastor seducing each other via making one another laugh.

Everyone's in the new parlor and Lucifer's telling a story and he says something that has someone bark out a laugh. He looks over to see Alastor, looking away, hand up to cover his mouth but his shoulders are shaking and it's clear that he's the one who laughed and is still laughing. And Lucifer can't help going a little wide-eyed at how different he looks with a genuine smile on his face.

After that, Luci starts going out of his way to make Alastor laugh whenever they have their altercations. It'll start as a petty argument, but then Lucifer will see an opportunity to slip in a shitty pun and suddenly Alastor's fighting to hold back laughter before excusing himself. And then later, Alastor starts slipping in his own dumb jokes and Lucifer's laughing at those as well. And before they know it they aren't even really fighting each other any more and everyone else is just fixing these to morons with knowing looks and rolling eyes at their cheesy jokes.

I keep playing with Adam x Alastor(which I've learnt is called angelicradio)

But like, no one has ever succeeded in flirting with The Radio Demon, he'll entertain it for a little bit before getting bored and turning it into a roast session. Or enemy's in Vox's situation cuz he messed up that badly.

But then Adam spawns in hell, and stomps to the hotel in the slim chance of going home, see's Lucifer failing to flirt with the only sinner that's survived a straight on attack from the first man and goes 'Hah, bet I could do better.'

So he tries flirting with Alastor the same way he did Lute, that didnt work, so he tried a different tactic, that didnt work, so he dicided to do the soft, gentle approach he used with his skittish Eve, and it works.

The soft compliments, the gifts of freshly prepared fruits and home made meals, it makes him swoon. Not the Radio Demon, but Alastor, Adam coaxes the mask away with simple, genuine, affection.

It makes the rest of hell that have tried their luck pissed.

As someone who decorates with framed insects, found animal bones, teeth, and antlers, I always take personal offense when Alastors room is described as gross in fics. Like, excuse me, bones are cool, and they are cleaned, or else they don't hold up for decorating. (Also, I just realized I have several antique radios in here too. No wonder I like him so much. I just want to steal his decor)

Within a year of founding the hotel, Alastor transitions from enigmatic figure of mystery to beleagured mom friend, solely because 60% of the time he is the only person in the room who can or bothers to Adult.

Everyone else is too militaristic (Vaggie) or coddled (Charlie) or depressed (Lucifer, Husk) or generally off their rocker (everyone else). And Alastor may be a homicidal maniac, but by God, he's a homicidal maniac with CLASS who was a careerman in life and respected his mama.

He sets up a chore wheel after one too many times of the kitchen sink being left with dishes. Teaches Charlie how to do property taxes. Has a strict hold on the take-out budget so that people HAVE to cook "real food." Confiscates any illicit substances Angel leaves lying around. He doesn't even realize he's doing it, or he does but deludes himself into thinking that it's a manipulation tactic. Mwahaha, see his power as he makes the King of Hell take his antidepressants with a glass of water.

They bring in an ugly, dirty red cat one day and he puts his foot down. It takes an hour of needling and bribery via angelic blood before he reluctantly lays down ground rules. They had better get it vaccinated and neutered before it gets poor KeeKee, and no, they are not naming it Catlastor. Unfortunately that is the only name the cat responds to. The urge to drown his sorrows at the bar is stronger than it has been in decades.

Nothing seems to have changed outside of the hotel, but for some reason Carmilla, a mother herself, feels the strange need to pat the Radio Demon on the shoulder and tell him that it gets easier with time.

for your consideration: the cat is called alastor and he is henceforth referred to as 'human alastor'

Okay so, there was a Twitter trend thingy where people were drawing characters in that outfit, so I made them completely drunk and Alastor drunk realizing he's slaying the look 😂 Then to add to it, @cannibalxroses thought up to put him in heels and I never drew a part 2 so fast in my life.
