some rules for myself 🪨
drink at least 2l water a day
try to walk 8-10 thousand steps
workout 5 days a week (try more)
drink a cup of green tea before going to bed
try to eat 800 cals on weekdays and 1000 cals on weekends (you don’t want to ruin your metabolism)
sleep +7 hours never less
don’t snack after dinner
count those mf calories
don’t weight yourself in the evening
if youre eating out try to eat the healthiest

I JUST REACHED MY GW
and damn i’ve never thought i would get this “far” but when i’ve weighed 35-36kg / 77,1 - 79,3 lbs i always thought that i’m not able lose weight because i was already underweight and i still can’t really believe it buuuut my scale says otherwise
