A quick clip of Athletic Flow at Reach Yoga. Athletic Flow derives from Joga - Yoga for athletes. It's a conditioning sequence that is no joke. It's a set sequence utilizing breathe work in the beginning, specific bone cueing, and movement. However, I teach it with a few tweaks, adding music and doing hard core in the end, if there is time. It's no joke and there are no inversions, just lots of strength and conditioning. Based on location and demographic, I have to cater to the draw of members. These jogis are awesome and I am so grateful for the hard core members that come in every Monday to get there fire started.
