I feel like I don’t like TSAMS as much as I used to

main reason being the who had created eclipse, which was ruin

I felt like it should’ve been a different character, like someone from a different dimension and maybe even a new character

Main reason I wish it wasn’t ruin is because he was my biggest comfort character. A character who I saw “silly” and such. I don’t really find comfort in evil characters

and ruin was a big kin for me too. So seeing him now being an evil character isn’t that good to me (because part of me wants a fun and silly character to relate to and other reasons I won’t discuss)

so basically I kinda wish ruin stayed good and some other new character created eclipse

I also know nothing about how ruin was when he had the virus. So how obvious it was that he created eclipse is unknown for me

And sorry if that got a bit vent like- just wish my biggest comfort character wasn’t evil

this is also why I don’t trust the British any more- /j

i love Bloodmoon, but they are so. jsut not good. now that thats out of the way, its not totally their fault. i know, i know. "BUT THEY SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE SAVED" NO!!! they meant they wouldnt and CANT give up blood! its in their code. they seemed fine, if a little rueful at animal blood, but put up with it! they can team up with the "good guys" if they treated them properly and didnt force them to starve themself of blood! they body is DESIGNED to process blood, nothing else! they are conditioned to believe they are nothin but a murder machine (which is somewhat true) and cannot decide for themself. they literally said something along the lines of "why bother learning when you will just force us to do something else?". they were never allowed to do anything, learn anything. they could only be a murder machine. it is partly not their fault. sure, it is their fault for embracing it and not trying to go without human blood, but some part of them is just. not their fault all this to say, bloodmoon is very bad, but has some qualities we all overlook.

Many people in the fandom do not respect the canon or staff requests, do not respect that Moon is aroace, as has been mentioned in more than one video, and do not respect that Sun is not suicidal, as his own VA has asked that they not use that term with him. And that's sad.

I don’t have any particular opinion on the whole ‘infantizing lunar’ thing, but I sure as hell have a reason on why it’s happening in the first place:

So as we all know, we have basically seen lunar’s entire life. His highs, his lows, his extremely low lows. basically everything.

so I think that we’ve all kinda unconsciously thought of him as our child in a weird kinda way.

We’ve all seen the memes about him being the b e a n, and I think that’s the fandom’s way of saying: “he’s the child” or more accurately: “he’s our child”.

And even now when he’s matured a little bit, we (like many parents) can’t help but still see him as our goofy ah little baby.

I mean think about it, how many times when your age is mentioned, your parents say something along the lines of: “you’ll always be my baby” or: “I still see you as my little baby, even after all these years”?

And his design isn’t really helping since he’s extremely short (like a child). and despite him saying that he doesn’t want to be treated like a kid, even after all this time, we can’t help but still see him as our happy little beanbag loving boy despite all the character development he’s gone through.

So basically this entire thing (in my opinion) is basically lunar’s thousands of online parents still seeing him as their little boy, and occasionally one of his friends and/or one of his other parents, trying to get his parents to see that he’s growing up.

Ok, so I have a thing to rant about.

WHY THE HECK DOES SAMS KEEP KILLING CHARACTERS AND THEY GET BACK UP!? I’m very sorry if this offends anyone, but eclipse has come back how many times now? And it’s not even just eclipse. They’ve killed Bloodmoon before and brought them back, they killed Lunar (and yes this one’s good but still) and he came back, they even technically killed Moon before, so while some of this isn’t entirely bad, WHY is this just a thing? Why is everyone pulling William aftons? And I’m not saying it sucks as a plot point, it’s just kind of overused. Like, if you’re gonna give a character an amazing end (like Eclipse had before Ruin rebuilt him) don’t bring them back again! The others have a train for coming back yes, and more story to fulfill, but why put this to every single entity (other than KC) who dies? Eclipse had a good end, and that story was supposed to be finished. But he just had to come back for an encore. Again, sorry for ranting and I’m certainly not attacking the writers, I think they probably didn’t know what to do after Eclipse was dead, but still.

Friends, accept it, shippers are never going to respect canon because they simply don't care, neither adoptive familial relationships like Moon and Solar, nor characters hating each other to the point of abuse and trauma as is the case with Sun and Eclipse. They just don't care, and I personally wouldn't care about that either, if it weren't for the fact that they DON'T TAG the content so those of us who use blocking # can avoid them.

If I'm accusing you, you're too lazy or irresponsible to tag your work correctly. You are the problem.

silly time comfession, I love solar! and Iove to just use him as a outlet or an avatar to do things I wish I could have/do ,he is a character I love rp with, play with! so much so I know im out of character most times.. im so cringe when I want to draw him, or write fics of him , im so so cringe yet I just love how wet cat he is! hes the perfect sad boyo yet also "will never give up" character! I ship him with Moon who is also a comfrort character from the games! (Im neutral with the Moon of the show, so when I ship them I get a bit out of character with moon ye) so yea.. I guess is my reason I like the ship? they are silly robots! (but also also! family art? specially with Lunar? cheff kiss!! please dont hate on all shippers! also im so sorry most of you wonderfull artist must deal with idiots!)
