Short answer, yes.
Genuinely surprised I haven't seen anyone pretty-up Rulie's outfit as a fairy, so ima do it--
ANYWAY, I'm not feeling great today, but that gave me an excuse to work more on digital stuff. I'll go back to pencil for request sketches (mostly because I need the practice), but I had this itching in my mind for the past week and wanted to try something.
I'm aware the sky sucks, I'm aware Rulie doesn't stay big as a fairy, but the vision was there--
