I'm sobbing
the plotline where Ashlyn could be separated / voluntarily sacrificed is my weakness
"It's for the better", she repeats it over and over. But is it?
Their first meeting was a nightmare, she would never do that again if time travelling existed.
No matter with who, where or how much they insisted. The whole situation was awful.
Friends, group meetings, picnics, pool parties, sleepovers, anniversaries. Horrid. Not that much actually, it was quite a cool experience. Everyone treated her so well, she wanted to have of of those again. Her birthday was close, they could meet at her house and watch movies together. Lily would also be invited, the poor girl had her day ruined, Ashlyn was going to share her good day with her.
Sitting on the facility's floor together. The door closed cause if any else the phantoms would find them. They all speaking one after the other, only she stayed quiet. Glaring at each of them, she never looked at anyone like that.
Aiden. What a mindless boy. How the hell did he never noticed all her hints? He stayed with her even after all that? So dumb. She tried to took care of him all that time.
Tyler. Did he still think this was her fault? They never talked about it again. She wanted to know it now. As well as saying some truths to him. Rude boy. He deserved to hang upside down. But not in a tree, please. If they had to take him out of those one more time she would fall in it herself.
Taylor. She wondered if the girl was mad at her since the day she finally blew up. They had already made peace, but saying it one more time wouldn't hurt.
Logan. He changed so much. At the start he looked like a lost puppy, now he was saving her. Maybe, just maybe, she was a little proud with that. Could she tease him a little? He's the easiest out of them to do it.
And Ben. The silence would be enough. They could share their phones. No words needed. She would enjoy this while she could. It would be the last time the silence wouldn't bother her.
The timer. Only 3 seconds remaining.
The rift wouldn't let her leave this time.
"It's for the better", she says it again.

I APOLOGIZE
The stars on the left and your heart on the cleft
Them having some peace and a break from pain <3
A minute ago, they were on the bench, gold rays coloring the wood.
He was smiling so brightly
She looked peaceful
In his eyes, she was his peace
. .
"Woah! Be careful when you walk on that" he said, a laughter in his voice.
"Aiden, I have a good sense of balance."
She carefully walked on the edge of the wall, ending the distance between them.
"I think it's a good place here" he sat and tapped on the stony surface beside him, he then lifted his head towards her.
"Really?" She said curiously while sitting beside him, wondering if the stars were as visible as he said.
The stars were bright tonight, as white as the purest pearls.. she was mesmerized by each one of them.
"I was never able to watch them so clearly.." she murmured, her gaze was stuck to the pearly sky.
Aiden wishes he could say the same, but his eyes were too focused on her expression.
"You're not looking, Aiden"
He jumped a bit when she turned her head towards him, he didn't bother hiding it.
"Yeah, I was just surprised to see you so amazed by the stars. You've never seen them before?"
He gave her a tricky smile, which was followed by her rolling her eyes at him before replacing her gaze towards the stars.
He didn't know what to way, was there a need to have words? The silence between them felt almost too good to end.
Suddenly, one of the stars seemed to run across the sky.
"Oh!" Ashlyn suddenly got on her knees and pointed at the stars.. a bit too fast.
So fast that Aiden barely had the time to be startled, Ashlyn lost her balance and fell forward.
"Ash-!"
He grabbed her hand, focusing more on catching her rather than staying in place.. the fall made him lose his balance too.
They both fell with no time to think about landing safely, gladly for them, the fall wasn't too hard.
Mostly due to the low wall not being that tall, and therefore them not being that far away from the ground.
"Ouch.." she winced while rubbing her head, Aiden was right beside her already in a sitting position.
Still in shock, it took him multiple seconds to realize Ash was beside him and wincing in pain.
".. Ash? You alright?"
He carefully got closer to her and put a hand behind her head to help her sit in a better position.
"Are you bleeding or just bruised?" He asked her, checking for any wounds with his hand. She was still wincing, barely looking at him. Her hands covering her ears and her breathe becoming steady.
It didn't take long for him to realize that she lost one of her earbud while falling, the sound of the shock must have been harsh for her.
He stopped talking and put his own hands on hers, making a calm breathing pattern for her to follow.
Once she seemed to have calm down he started to search for her lost earbud, it was some meters away from them.
"Feeling better?" He asked, in a murmured tone.
She glanced towards him and nodded.
".."
He lifted his head and looked at the sky, from this distance they were just as bright.
"From here, we can still see them so clearly.."
He smiled at her and made a gesture with his head to point at the ground.
"If we lay down like this, we will at least spare our necks from constantly raising them to look at the stars"
She seemed dubious but followed him on the ground and laid down.
'it's true' she said to herself. It did feel nicer to look at them that way.
She closed her eyes, so far away yet it felt like the stars were sharing their warmth.
Aiden kept his eyes open, he was scared that if he closed them;
she would disappear.
His hand was close to hers, he approached his own closer;
he didn't dare to take her hand, but being close was enough.
At least it was.
He opened his eyes
he wasn't afraid of closing the gap between his hand and hers
His head felt heavy in the ground, so was her hand
The air was cold, so was she
So was he.
He wondered, how many stars will he see if he turned his head to the right
But he was so afraid of looking at her.
So he derived his eyes to the sky
Pearly white
Shiny, bright like her eyes when she looked at them
He resented them in a way, he was sure if they were shining less brightly, it would have left her some of it
"Ash, look"
He squeezed her hand
"Ash, the stars are so clear even from here"
Her eyes stayed closed
"I wish the stars could grant you warmth again"
( SIKE, lol sorry i play on both sides of this war.)
( for anyone who's confused, the first part was a happy memory. The last part was them both dying, on the ground, holding their hands, they're not dying from the fall, imagine it more as a theorized end of the webtoon, in the other dimension being mixed with the real world.)

I will never recover.
NEVER.
The writing is good in plus of that and idk if I should be amazed or crying
The moment Ashlyn watched a large piece of concrete bash into Aiden's brain she started sprinting over to his body. Immediately, she searched through the rubble. As she searched her movements were frantic. Pain in her hands from all the cuts the rubble was giving her. The pain didn't matter. All that matters is Aiden. Because Aiden's alive...
Yes! Of course Aiden's alive, why wouldn't he be? He's Mr durable after all. So she kept on frantically digging and digging and digging, until she hit skin. Her pale finger tips coated in crimson blood, staring down at the body she froze in shock.
Aiden layed there motionless. His eyes blown wide, but yet so dead like they were looking at something beyond what they can see, like he found what he needed. The blood that was pouring out of the large cuts on his cheek, that horrid blood danced and dotted on Aiden's beautiful, soft, bouncy curls covered, ruined by his blood dying his hair. Ashlyn thought that Aiden would some day dye his hair red, but after this she doesn't think that red suits him. His limbs were all tangled within one another, some of the limbs bending in ways that she didn't think was possible. Multiple bones stuck out of his pale skin, painting everything around him red.
She watched as Taylor picked him up, it's fine. Aiden's fine, everything was fine. All that this was is a stupid prank and Aiden decided to dye his air or something and, and then Aiden will be all okay and she will yell at him. Yeah she'll yell at him so loud for this stupid prank.
As she cradled his head she kept on repeating in her head. He's alive, He's alive and he just decided to be a dick because he got bored.
This is all a prank, right?

Ashlyn being overstimulated and stimming due to that is painfully relatable, especially in class where you're stuck in your chair
You wrote that amazingly 🫶🏻
Too loud. It's too loud.
Ashlyn watched the other kids enjoying each others company while she put her hands on both ears. Some of them looking at her like some kind of monster.
Why were they acting like that? She was just covering her ears. This was too stressing.
The sun reflecting on the windows was too bright. The air felt heavy. Her eyes hurt from the lamps.
Trying to interact, the other kids weren't feeling nothing, why would she? She was normal, so she might act like them.
One word, two words, three words. Her throat closed. Each letter she tried to pour left without a sound. She was mute. Not exactly mute. She had a voice, but nothing came out.
Everytime someone spoke, her body deviated. Their voices were like knifes on her skin. She needed to be away from it. But where? They were everywhere. Maybe the bathroom, but someone was already there so she had to wait. Would her body wait?
The teacher called her attention but she couldn't understand a single word they said. The world was putting all the gravity in her bones. Leaving her without time to breath.
Smile. But her smile froze. Maybe doodling? But the pencil's sound was so nuisance right now. And the paper texture? Hell. Stand up. No, her legs were weak. But the chair was also uncomfortable. The floor would be amazing, but some stupid kid would step on her...
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Her feet started that melody. The song that indicated the start of it.
She had to wait until the class ended.

Not sbg related but this is a personal writing I thought some other people could relate to
Idk what # I should put lol
The sunset and the sunrise
The first always wonders why it always ends in pitch black
"They took away my light, I do not have a chance in life" it exclaimed
I only strive when the sky falls on me,
"I only feel warmth when the sun burns my tears" it sobbed
It wants to emanate warmth, but it only brings fear into the ones it cherishes
"Even the moon refuses to look at me, she hides behind the clouds" it raised its head
Sunrise was silent
She could never hear the sounds of the night because it disappeared everytime she opened her eyes.

Me too, I opened it this morning and fell on moon's reblog and realized it at the same time
My day was already bad as in "should I make biscuits or jump off a bridge?" But then I also remembered that red put another week delay
I go back to class at the end of this week and thought "at least when I'll come back to school I'll have the sbg update" well no bitch, nuh huh, you don't deserve to be happy 🤨 ( is self insults considered bad by Tumblr? Am I going to get banned??)
Sorry to remind y'all that
