I love how because I have a high sw everyone is complimenting my disordered behaviors.
"OH, you're eating smaller portions. Good job."
One meal a day of 500 call or less is not normal.
"OH, you're exercising more, good job."
Feeling my skin crawl when I'm sitting still and know I could be burning is not normal.
"OH, you've lost weight. Good job"
How much until you notice somethings wrong?

Tips for hiding your ★
Always have your drinks handy! Be sipping on something
Have a snack /fruit you can take out the door but replace when no one is around
Smear leftovers on dishes and leave them in the sink for a bit to make it seem like you ate.
Smoothies for a "cleanse"
Opt for activities instead of restaurants when going out
Metabolism days on day you do go out to eat with frends/family/ect
Most importantly, be safe. Don't over do it when it comes to fasting. Take your vitamins, snack if you're dizzy ♥︎
