I've been in my head very diplomatically thinking that "well it's not that my boss is a bad or incompetent person, it's just that she does not have the skills or temperament that are well suited to a management position " but that implies that there's a position that she WOULD be suited for, and I've been trying to think of something and drawing a blank. She would be good at running a wolf sanctuary, maybe?
