What is "ghoul gets his nose back" about?

LMAO yeah we just kept joking through the first episode that The Ghoul's makeup looked like he had inconsistent amounts of nose left in different shots and decided to amend it onto the Bingo Card.

We cheated so there's a couple other bingo squares that got added on after Episode 1 because some of the original shit was too low-hanging.
