It’s always insane to me when people DM me to yell at me about breaching their DNI because I reblogged a post from them

How much free time do you have to check the blogs of all 10 of those notes, and then go OUT OF YOUR WAY to message anyone who doesn’t fit your strict guidelines for human interaction. And I know some of y’all don’t just check but you DIG, because some of the stuff I get DMed about is not advertised on my blog as soon as you look at it.

Here’s some of the things I do! Hopefully this helps :,)

1. Wear a backpack if it doesn’t hurt your phantom wings; as you can adjust the weight of your backpack accordingly to your wings.

2. Getting on something fast that can get a lot of wind on you. Examples being riding a bike, swinging, merry-go-rounds, trampoline, etc. Whatever is available :]] Though I highly recommend going to a swingset and going ham on that thing! It takes some effort to really get it going, which reminds me of the effort to fly.

3. Yoga! Try out some poses that allow your wings to stretch out. The cobra pose, cat pose, or any variety of warrior poses often give me the best stretches.

4. Dual scarf tails or shawls can give a similar appearance of wings if you enjoy some visual stimulation.

5. If you can, massage the spots where your wings come from. You can use just about any (not sharp) object to roll against. I usually use balls, COMPLETELY DULL unused pencils, the rounded edges of certain tables, and even just hard pillows. Remember to stay safe when doing this, though!
